Absolute chaos. Waited half hour for a Cheeseburger meal. Toilets were disgusting, meals were coming out so slow

The customer service I just had for a problematic situation of not being able to order fries (due to an oil drain n clean)
Was fantastic and elite, thankyou for politely explaining and being patient with me dealing with the situation.

Been going to this McDonald's for years now and despite this review I will keep coming.

However. If your order exceeds anything over a standard meal, check the contents before driving any further. With a sample size of probably 50+ orders over 4 years, approximately 70% have something missing.

The McFlurrys are also barely half full which is shocking considering they are $4+ and the cost price cannot be more that 25c. Any other McDonald's and you get a relatively full McFlurry. This has got to be management telling their young staff to do this.

No blame to the the teenagers working here part-time to support their high school/university studies.

Ordered a big mac with 10 nuggets, get home after a long night shift, open the bag.low and behold, no nuggies.i want my 10 dollars back thieves

Another MacDonald's. Quick and efficient service.
Dine in area is clean and tidy.
The coffee is always good here.

This Maccas is a total scam. Every time we have gone there we are missing an item we ordered. Unfortunately we do go there as a last resort because we are coming home from sports so every one is really hungry and in a hurry to get home. However finding that there is a burger or fries or our pack of nuggets missing is extremely frustrating. It’s gotten to a stage where it is so ridiculous i wonder if it’s a ploy to scam the customers in the hopes of charging us for it but not giving us the items so they can profit from it. The last time we complained all we got was “oh we are sorry” but no credit. This time I immediately called the store and the girl checked my order and gave me a store credit for my nuggets. I hope they will honour this credit because if they don’t I’ll be making a complaint to consumer affairs because I am sick of this stores scamming attitude towards their customer.

Got to say that did not give me my cheese on my Big Mac and used the excuse of there was no chesse

Waited 7 minutes for a banana bread if ordered from screen … 4 girls in cafe talking.they didn’t even know I’d ordered… really was hungry too ‍️ I didn’t bother waiting for them to work out when or what I ordered…

This is our usual McDonalds joint. The food is generally well made but this time the 3 lots of fries we ordered were barely half full. See pic.

Always meet up with the homies here no matter what. Got a fix up in 2017 so relativly new, but always manages to stuff up the drive-through orders, but have been alright lately.

The odour of stale grease, the stressed staff and the feeling of shame afterwards. The Maccas experience.

Besides getting the drinks wrong and my burger was missing an ingredient thats in the title it was actually quite good has been good the last few times we had been here

Delicious coffee. Fries here are actually hot 99 out of 100 times from the drive thru. Other stores should take note.we dont want cold soggy fries.or we'd get Uber to deliver them. Staff always friendly.
Update: yep.fries are still hot

Went on my break, ordered a happy meal, did not get the most important part of the happy meal >: (this mcdonalds owes me a toy!

What was once a great drive thru experience has become slow an tedious, with often only servicing one lane. I understand staff training shortages and young people not wanting to work is a contributing factor, just expected better of McDonalds.

Fastest McDonald's restaurant that I've attended in a long time, Also great staff with very fast service Aswell as hot fresh food just as fast.
Unlike Lilydale McDonald's on the other hand is quite the opposite

Place is filthy rubbish everywhere in Child playground no tables have been wiped down and again they give you chips which are cold by the time you get your coffee. After filling in order from machine and get told oh its not working.

Amazing.a Macca's with atmosphere! Great variety of quality seating, pleasant decor, and a clean, fresh ambience. The kids playground can be easily seen from many seats too.

Place has stepped up. Whatever you are doing keep it up. Great experience food and staff. I must admit I was surprised.

Ssssoooooo ssloooowwwwwww and not even with the wait, weakest Macca's coffee I've had in years.
