Worst service. All kids running it, it's meant to be a take away yet your waiting at least 15minutes for a small meal. Very understaffed.

The service here is very slow and there were hardly anyone here the burger wasn't hot and I asked for no pickles which I got but there were no onions and only a lick of sauce the chips were cold and had a little to no salt I think it's in your best interests to get someone in to train your staff properly on how to season food as for the paper straws they are atrocious I get why you have them but your not saving the environment by cutting down trees to make these paper straws

Yes, its mcdonalds.but this is no regular mcdonalds it is incredible amazing and spectaticular whoever made this building is a god of gods.a master of the build.i walked into the store and you get hit with a wonder of adventure like exploring a mini jungle you walk around and look around, people enjoying themselfs your blood pressure increases your brain gets 10x smater and your sences are hightended you scan across the room.a cashier is there.you order you cheeseburger.and you spend your money and you eat it is legendary it is godly know as the cheese of cheese.and you walk out like you went into a ancient temple.like you discovered a legendary artifact.so whoever made this mcdonalds you are a god i will pray to you ti'll the end of time so of the bottom of my heart thank you

Delicious coffee. Fries here are actually hot 99 out of 100 times from the drive thru. Other stores should take note.we dont want cold soggy fries.or we'd get Uber to deliver them. Staff always friendly.

Unfortunately the managment are not remotely interested in the risk of Covid.
In the Ladies Toilet, there was no soap in the dispenser, no hand towels and the hand dryer was not working.
Students from the Montmorency Secondary School were right outside the entrance smashing kids toys leaving a mess in the disabled carpark. Nobody came out to speak to them and the were there for over half an hour, just laughing at the noise and mess they were all making.

Great fresh food but very dirty tables and floor staff were good

Your customers service was worst I just grabbed my sandwich from the counter and sat on the nearest by table but it was like it travelled around the world!

Food Good, but store and toilets are dirty.
Apple core and food on toilet floor, floors, tables an counter tops in restaurant filthy with rubbish spils etc.

I'm a visitor from the Inner Western Suburbs and one of the managers who was working 03/12/2020 arvo made my visit a positive one. It was rare to see managers providing this kind of exceptional customer service that was literally above and beyond. It made my day to see such generous and genuinely kind attitude. She didn't have to do what she did but she did it anyways all because she overheard my conversation with a friend from the dining area. Also they make really aesthetically pleasing and neat frappes and actually fill it to the top of the rim unlike other maccas.

I would say in my dealing they manage get your order right 50% of the time wether that be drive through or in store order. Not even slightly wrong, completely wrong. To sound like my father “are their ears painted on? ”

Unfriendly staff, finish ordering and not even smile or say thank you.
The coffee I order strong bit come with light color, different strong level (weaker) to other maccas made even I have to pay extra.
Good vibe, but the coffee ruin my mood.

It's like your average McDonald's basically. 4 of those order stands nobody uses, indoor playground where they shove in as much as they can in a small space and free Wi-Fi so some people turn up for 1 coffee and spend a business day there.

It's about halfway between the Yarra Valley and the airport - so you can grab pre- or post-flight food without paying the excessive prices at Tullamarine.

Continually getting wrong order! Went back again & whilst waiting to get the correct order all I could hear was the staff swearing loudly, F word included! Worst was there was young children behind me & the manager on duty couldn’t care less

The girls who work there during the day are absolute angels, always provide 10/10 service. Sometimes there are scary blokes seen and the trains toot toot very loud but the girls make jokes and make my day.

I love and trust this place so implicitly, that I would have my wedding reception here. I've been going here since 2011 and they have never once messed up my order, and my food has always been perfect. Best Maccas bar none.

A few times they have gotten my order wrong at the drive through but I never go back. It didn't just happen once or twice it happened four times, only then did I go back because I felt quite annoyed about it (sorry)

Disappointed. I used to like the kiosks until staff were constantly pestering people to use them. As a socially anxious woman I find the kiosk very useful as I don't like talking to people but i find it very distressing when the staff are positioned at the kiosk and asking to help or asking people to use the kiosks. They look very uncomfortable, like the do not want to ask people and like they want to place orders at the front as most people would. Please take into account those of us who would not like to talk or be talked to and let us use the kiosks in peace. This place deserves more stars when it accounts for all customers.
If it is the managers placing the staff at these kiosk, please stop and have more staff at the front.
I have also noticed that staff (who seem to be managers) have been yelling at other staff members in front of customers and I find this unacceptable.

McDonald's is my number one favourite place for their delicious food and drinks, it is so delicious and I encourage anyone and everyone to try their stuff.

Standard Maccas food obviously, but the burger bun was so covered in fat it got everywhere, and the 2 of the machines you use to order weren't working correctly. If I wasn't in such a hurry (and even later after needing 5 different attempts to make my order), I'd have let them know so they could get them sorted.
