McDonald's Cranbourne North

35 minutes for my meal rude manager shear incompetence the person next to me waited 25 mins for 2 frozen cokes wouldn't even rate it
. They didn't even get my order right lol, pack of idiots.

I can't give it 0 stars because it's not possible but the service here is atrocious. I've had many times where my chips came out soggy and today I had to wait 20minutes only to find out they stuffed my order again and I had to leave it and go back to work. They definitely need a new run of employment again because it's disgusting to have such slow and appalling service

They got everything wrong coffee had sugar when I didn't want sugar they gave me a chicken wrap instead of beef husband didn't get Coke or chips so we paid for nothing

Poor service poor management toilets filthy food came out all wrong no responsibility I will never go back here again.

Good but servicenow working on and Cranbourne McDonald's is the only McDonald's that I know of in the hall of the Peninsula that you cannot order at the front anymore you only have to order at the self serving yourself machines McDonald's customers can not order at the front anymore that will get rid of a lot of customers because of that a lot of people don't do that especially the elderly that's not their kind of Technology

This Mcdonalds does have its good and bad days. I try to visit and order on the day a particular team member is here, as she always checks to make sure my order is correct and cooked fresh everytime. Anyday she works I know my order will be great.
However its disappointing to know that many times I have been here, especially through drive thru my order takes to long, my meal is cold or they have forgotten something.
Overall, depends on what day you visit will determine your experience here.

Service is good sometimes but not consistent. Have had things forgotten from meals on more then one occasion.

This place is absolutely a joke. They serve cold stale fries and burgers, bacon is horrible. Government needs to inspect this place before someone gets serious food poisoning. Night staff rude and careless.

Register's were out of order, all front service had to use self serve if they wanted to order or use app. Incredibly impractical for those who arnt aware of how to use self serve. Fortunate enough to know how to use them.

The stuffed my order up I had only just gotten put of hospital and ordered a coke but apparently I didnt get out of here

The waiting is unbelievable, also i got a nasty attitude from 1 staff member. Poor customer service.

Just went to this mcdonalds i was the only person there, chips where cold big mac had a single piece of lettuce dont even want to look at my mc`chicken.double check everything before you leave the drive through

I saw a guy in kitchen cooking both the grilled and fry products, refreshing to see a teenager dedicated to his work, the chicken on my burger was cooked and fresh, regardless of how busy, it is good too see a standard of quality is upheld. I asked a manager and the cooks name was Zac I believe. Great work.

Just ordered an Ubereats meal from them. They did not include my orange juice with my meal i ordered. Tried to ring them back NUMEROUS times while eating my meal without a drink and no one even answered the phone there! I had to write to Ubereats support as they charged me for it.

Slow and bad services. Waited for 20 mins just for fries, nuggets and soft serve. Is this really called "FAST food"? Bad math too! I had ordered choc waffle cone through an app. But they said not serving anymore, they can't do refund so gave me a soft serve to replace it. I paid for $2 and get a $0.60 soft serve?

Extremely slow service & the playground definitely is not suitable for younger kids even though their sign states suitable for ages 3-12, my son can't even play here

Mccafe staff need to pick up their game they completely forgot about our order! Then coffee was served cold!
