McDonald's Cranbourne North

Never go to McDonalds, however, I attended as this particular location as it was part of an end of season catchup. Although it appeared to be fairly new, only 2 of the 4 screen were working. Staff were friendly, however, the premises was dirty. I won't even mention the mens facilities.disgusting.

They literally forgot an entire meal! When I called up I was told their ice cream machine wasn’t working and they’d send me out a voucher for the amount in the mail. 1 month later, I’m still waiting!
Very disappointed, won’t be ordering from them again!

Just went through the drive thru and got handed cold, unsalted chips. Burger was luke warm and the drink wasn't full. I would have thought the food would be okay for a 4 minute car ride. Absolutely not worth the trip. This is the second time this had happened.

Waited 2 hours for my uber eats order only for it to be cancelled. Literally passed out waiting and woke up it said they were still preparing it then it was cancelled. Then my husband finished a car meet and picked up food on his way home within 5 mins. Said this mcdonalds was a total ghost town.

I would've appreciated if they told me 2 hours prior they couldn't fulfil my order.

Very quick but very busy on a Saturday noon time.

Still a good 7mins wait for some hash browns and mocha.
Traffic is very bad and the queue for drive thru is a danger that I hop out to collect in the restaurant.

The greatest establishment! Truly received the best service when i went here three days ago! The food? Cooked to absolute perfection! My fries were the crispest and most golden fries my mouth has tasted! Will dine here again for sure! #lovecrannymaccas4life

Really great and friendly staff. They were having issues with the order and they were super apologetic and reassured me lots. My chai was amazing too

The staff that was there where nice the food and ever thing was brilliant love to go the again soon.

This is the first time i am ever writing a review. I couldnt resist coz its everyy damn time that the quality of their food is below standards. Idk what’s wrong w the cafe staff. TOASTIES are meant to be TOASTED. One time, they literally gave me a cold toastie (i swear it wasnt even 1% toasted), cut into two. I guess they forgot to put it in the toaster. Next time, they toasted for like 5 seconds. Both the times couldnt even take one bite and had to chuck it out straight. No more going to this maccas to waste my money.

If they wore their masks properly id be happier and very slow. Its just a job. No customer service going on

Everytime we come here made to wait for simple order that takes 2min, every single time, so next time I won't b so nice and we won't b moving till we get our food, especially when we see people order after us and get a whole freaken bad full of food before us? Like really?

First world problems.
They regularly forget vanilla syrup in my vanilla latte at this particular franchise. Today it seemed to have ended up in my daughter's iced chai! ‍️ She was not impressed, but hey, at least this time we actually GOT the vanilla shot!

Worst McDonald's I have ever been to waited 20 minutes in line, Then they asked me to wait in a Waiting bay.no way! I said no and the manger on duty gives me attitude. So it took 29 minutes to get 2 muffins. I advise you to stay clear of this McDonald's. They take your money then serve you garbage Maybe we should pay after we received our meal definitely not worth what they charge

Missing one patty from each when I ordered 3 Mc chicken spicy burgers via Drive thru, but opened at home 2 mins drive from the restaurant. Kids wanted me to put in a review and thought it would be helpful for others.

This is our local and first time ever been dissatisfied
Tried the caramilk McFlurry for the first time, 2 spoons of ice cream, a small blob of caramel sauce and a pinch of caramilk flakes for $5.00 absolute disgrace.

Worst Mc Donald's ever! The staff are really really rude. One member even pulled down her face mask to argue with me at the window over my order.

Worst food
No salt in chips
No sauce for nuggets
Cold food
Never come again
Unprofessional staff

Steph was such a beautiful worker, did everything we asked we my partner and i are very picky and she got it down to the point, absolutely love the service!

The best McDonalds in Cranbourne.
Don't waste your time with the others.
Always fresh, always fast and the icecream machine actually works.
