At last! I actually received the correct order here.
Previous to today, maccas got 7 in a row wrong.

Reasonable service time. Fries can be inconsistent. Quite annoying when you receive your takeaway hot food to then wait for the coffees. Also experienced them bagging the fries then waiting for the burgers.

Seriously order uber eats regularly and they always forget the coffee! Everytime one thing or another. How hard is it to ensure coffee is part of the order. Every time

Absolutely disgusting. Placed an order through the self service at 11: 14pm (a chicken and cheese meal and a double beef and bacon meal with no bun) and went to pay cash at the till the girl (Rebecca Holter) didn’t even acknowledge me and snatched my money from me. Then finally got my meal at 11: 39pm opened it up to make sure it was all there and the chips were stale cold, burger was cold and filled with oil so I politely asked if I could please speak to the manager she then said “she’s busy but I can help you” so I said could I please get these re made we’ve just waited 15 minutes and everything is cold she rolled her eyes and took my food off me then was complaining to me to the other workers saying “I don’t care it’s my last week here” anyway I’m waiting for my food and the kitchen boy with no hat on scratches his back with his gloves on and then proceeded to touch my food and the meat (highly disgusting) so I say to the girl (look I’m sorry I understand your busy and that the manager is busy but i would really like to speak to her” manager comes and doesn’t care at all about anything g I’ve said gives me a refund and says we will re make it all with clean gloves on. I get my burgers and the girl hands it to me and says “here’s your burgers have a good night” I ask what about the fries and she says “you’ve made us remake your burgers your not getting the fries” I told her that I was absolutely appalled with her customer service stills and she said “I don’t care they can’t fire me or anything I’ve already quit” and then just laughed in my face.

It's okay. It was fresh and extras asked for were good. Could use some improvement on the customer service though, smile once in a while.

Luke warm hot chocolate bacon and egg muffin was hot tho. Had to ask for our correct order as items were missed

A quick pit stop at about brunch time, only to be super disappointed. This maccas was really dirty. Dirty tables, playground was filthy and toilets were not clean. Avoid this maccas. Surprising as maccas has a reputation for being clean.

Got a mc wrap today. It was served cold and wasn't fresh at all. I was literally peeling it off the paper. Terrible service

Real Frustrating Movement today I went to collect Menulog order and they said should not b long and I started waiting and then I keep asking them every 10 to 15 minutes and they said the same words finally I found manager and she showed me there app system Siad it's an error.what the hell is that. I am waiting and they were not even asked me or did any initiative to sort my problem.but when I talked to manager then after 5-6 minutes I received order.otherwise I can't say how long would it be delayed. What a cooperation they do with delivery boys specially Menulog. I got order after 45-50 minutes not waiting.total waist of time.

It's a newer style of Macca's & I think its a 24/7 store too so good for eats outside of normal hours.

Its the only one closer to me and the people they are very nice but they need to get trained more in doing other things too

Coffees are good
Food is often cold. Some staff come across arrogant. Had more problems than not when purchasing. Wrong food, orders missing items, food made poorly, excessive sauce and burgers need to be 'remade' or 'restacked' prior to consumption. I could continue but.i think u get the gist.

Really slow service, waiting 15 minutes for my meal. Ended up stuffing up my order anyways. Was really dissapointed as there was alot of people working there but no cohesion. This was I store by the way not drive through, but I will definitely not be coming back.

What a joke. Waited literally 30 min inside for 6 hash browns and thick shake.
Had to ask twice for drink.
They only gave me 5, not 6 hash browns, which were cold once i got my drink.

PLEASE HAVE ENOUGH CREW IN THE NIGHTS. A delivery driver cannot wait 70 mins for a $7 order. Hope you rectify this. I would like to mention that this is nth time I am facing this.

I've been experiencing very bad coffee for over one week now, I have specifically been asking for a extra hot latte and I've been receiving a cold latte which also tastes like the coffee has been burnt. I have told them once, twice and now one week and now and I'm disappointed in their early morning staff for not taking into consideration my experience.

The staff were polite even though they were hugely busy. They were pushing about 1 car per minute through the drive through. They wore gloves. The good was properly cooked and the produce in the Burger was surprisingly fresh. The fries were hot although a little light on salt. A pretty good outcome for a Macca's.

The food was made very fast which was not surprising as the egg was very old. When I got to the window no one was there to hand out my food and it sat on the bench for about a minute before someone came to hand it to me. When handed my food they said absolutely nothing just handed out the food. Customer service was lacking and the food was average

While told to go in the waiting bay 6 cars or more are getting their order and still waiting.getting fed up so i decided to go to the drive thru window and ask hi im still waiting for my order, what do you know 4 girls inside doing nothing, and my order was sitting on the bench, they did apologise but not impressed at all!

Clean, good customer service, last time I went it was a little slow in store but that was probably due to the long line of cars in the drive thru. They do their best during these tough times though and definitely a good coffee!
