Good experience. +point for those who are monash students and have MSA card, they get around 15% discount off their meals. Great bargain

The hygiene standards inside are so low. I was trying to get a small snack for my child and a bathroom break while there. I was shocked at the state of the restrooms, it made me think twice about ordering food from here. If a simple clean up and replenish of basic necessities, such as toilet paper and soap can not be achieved by this company. I would hate to know the conditions of the kitchen and the preparation areas for the proper services of food. I think the owner or representatives for this company really need to make an effort and sort this out. It shouldn’t have to wait until someone gets sick from here for a change to be made.

Terrible. I ordered a chicken and cheese with an extra patty. After waiting for 10 mins, I received a chicken and cheese along with a separately packed patty. WTAF

Poor service and Chocolate sundaes hollow in the middle and not filled to the correct level a rip off

I had a wonderful experience ordering coffee on the drive through. It was raining and therefore the car queue was long. Nonetheless, the service is still prompt and efficient!

24 nuggets, one double beef and bacon burger, large fries large drink and a sausage muffin. Don't recommend eating all at once then heading back to work. But I did now I want more

Once again, it's Maccas. Roll the dice for the food. Could be good, bad or downright amazing when hungover late at night.

It's a McDonald's so the bar isn't exactly high, but the sanitation standards are especially low in this place. The trash bins are almost always full and the tables are usually dirty. I've taken to wiping my own table and picking up napkins and a straw, because even when they bring your order it's usually missing napkins and a straw. Not recommended for anyone who values cleanliness.

The worst MacDonalds that I’ve been to. A guy named Derek served me coffee through drive through. He spilled hot coffe on me and tells me it was my fault. When I told him that the cups hadn’t even touched my hand he was very rude.

Only half the patty in the burger. And when I approached the manager about it he had a very defensive attitude and was very unpleasant towards me and my partner

19/11/2018 @6: 00pm MacDonalds Heatherton I ordered large chailante instead I was served with white coffee through drive way, poor customer relation no smile from a lady who served me. She just open the window and hurl it to me as if I was a beggar, unprofessional staff from her she need not to be there

Put everything into one bag and when we arrived at home the bag ripped. Such tight arses they didn't even supply napkins. What a joke pick up your game and get some proper management in this joint asap will never visit this store again.

A suitable place to enjoy fast food at it's quality. Gets really busy the majority of times and wait on food is quite acceptable but does get draggy.

We waited at the counter for several minutes before i had to ask to be served, many staff walked pass without asking us to see if we or anyone else in the line had been served! Then we had to wait a further 10 minutes for our food (Big Mac + Small Cheeseburger combo) which i might add the fries were cold and salty! I am usually impressed with the service from McDonald's Clayton but today's service was awful and i will no longer be coming here.

The playground is outside so it was a freezing play and they were quite busy, handing out wrong orders, they did have a lot of people in that day.

There is one incompetent staff member - girl, late teens, glasses and slightly purple pinkish dyed hair - who consistently manages to screw up my order.
3 times shes been at the "giving food" end of drive through, 3 times i have been denied my actual order. No apologies. Ever. Third time ive ended up with a cheeseburger with a hashbrown instead of a beef patty. Would i understand if it was busy? Yes. But two cars does not constitute busy.

Macdonalds clayton. Nice and clean fairly new restaurant.good place for the kids and family.you guy's and girls even got my order right.however your car park is a bit tight to get in and out however i still give Macdonalds clayton 10/10

The food is good. However, the food is not Halal so if you are a Muslim then keep this point in your mind. The place is quite big. It is open 24hrs and there is also a drive thru. There is also a kid's zone. The service is good.

The food was much the same as most fast food places. It wasn't fresh but it wasn't cold either.
The restaurant area wasn't clean at all when I visited and we couldn't find a clean table to eat from so had to clean one for ourselves.
