McDonald's Clayton II reviews
60I usually buy chicken and cheese for $2.80 for my daughter (w/o chicken patty and with extra cheese and sauce) using drive-thru, this Mc drive thru mentioned that this isn't the option anymore and I'll have to pay full price, which I paid. 2 days later, went back to the same Mc and paid $2.80 for the same item through self-order kiosk. Shame.
Why has Clayton McDonalds taken Sundaes off their delivery menu? Other McDonalds can do it, why can’t you?
One of the most disorganised Maccas outlet. Takes over 20 mins to prepare their standard Big Mac meal!
And for some reasons, their frozen coke drinks literally exploded in the car.
Best to avoid this outlet.
Friendly staffs and very delicious food! I also got a great portion of the fries compared to other McDonalds.
Great service from the girl who made my coffee late last Tuesday night. 11.30 ish Service with a smile
I ordered a double Mc chicken with extra patty and a Mc Flurry on UberEats. I only got a Double Mc chicken, with no extra patty and also the Mc flurry is missing.
I wish you guys could just read the order and put them in bag.
Very bad customer service and teen workers there are pathetic and ill mannered. Pathetic food quality. Would not recommend
First of all, they did not put the hash brown wirh my order when i paid for ir. Then manager was so rude and told me i am lying. One of the worst customer service ever
Always busy and chaotic BUT I give them 5 stars as the staff here are the friendliest and nicest than in any other McDonald's I've been to.
Online App Order. Picked up via drive thru. Receipt was correct. But out of the 5 items only 1 was correct. If staff can't read screen then I recommend in store pickup only were you can check your order easier yourself.
Waste of time when driving thru, and the guy picking up the phone is extremely rude to customer, not recommended for drivers.
It was good. However, the long wait from all the international students from Monash led to a while wait
On 2 occasions I have encountered poor customer service. I drove through Clayton drive through both times at night and on both nights the service was incredibly rude. I was simply just trying to order my food like everyone else. With good manners aswell im always so nice when I go to a drive through sometimes too nice. It's been the same girl each time. I don’t want to name her I enjoy coming to McDonalds in Clayton besides these 2 times ive come here since I was little, but people like this make you not want to deal with the drama and instead of your local McDonalds rather spend money on more petrol and go to one further where the people are nicer and where you're not disrespected and talked to in a rude manner. She rushed me and continuously kept talking over me. Not letting me speak. Even though that’s what she’s there to do LISTEN and take my order. I did mention something to the manager but felt nothing was solved. Because it happened again the 2nd time. She's lucky I didn't get out and punch her in the face. She should be sacked because if it does happen again I probably won't hold back next time.
Great customer service and the food was hot and fresh to order, only a slight delay in food as was busy, but overall, a good dining place.
Hey McDonalds, please train your staff! Every single morning I am trying to order a refill of my flat white, but none of your staff members know about is. As a result I waste 10mins every time, explaining them that I want a REFILL not a coffee! I really appreciate what you are trying to do for the environment, and I am grateful, but it's been few weeks and every day is a struggle. I even asked them few times to write it down next to the computer for the next person, but they did not. To the point when I had one lady raising her voice on me, saying "you want coffee? I am giving you coffee! ".
Please, do something, thx:)
The amount of gossip the young mccafe worker's talk is poor to hear. I don't care about what you're buying or the guys you wanna sleep with. Full on stop and have little fights between each other when they should be finishing orders. Food and wait time aren't to bad when eating inside.
Great like most Macca's. My only issue is how busy the drive thru gets. It is quicker to park the car and go inside and order during the busy times like after school or after work hours.
I been there with my daughter the staff behaviour is totally not acceptable for kids. The lady worker on floor was very aggressive with kids, she don’t know how to deal with kids specially the place like McDonald’s where kids more enjoy. All staff except both manager is racist.
Decent maccas, located not far from Monash university. It's easy to pop into if you're travelling city-bound on the Princes Hwy.
Really bad McDonald's I've written a complaint letter the food is not fresh at all and the staff on drive through speak very little English
