Waited for a ham and cheese pocket in the waiting bay (drive thru) for 25-30 minutes.
Shocking, only a ham and cheese pocket? And everyone else gets their food first in the drive thru?
Needs better management of food.

Worst MacD I have ever seen. Worst in food and behaviour as well. Specially the staff behaviour very rude with customers. Even they are not serving proper food. And they don’t care about customers.manager is very rude and they are focusing on closing shift. I asked her for food 5 to 6 times and she stays inside the kitchen and said that My shift is finished. Don’t recommend anyone to go their if you can’t find food late night still don’t go there. Worst experience compare to other MacD.

Pretty good most of the time. The frappes tend to be a bit tasteless compared to other maccas. Don't waste your money on it.

This was one of the worst Mac Donald I’ve been to in my life! My daughters and I went for breakfast after her doctors appointment and we had the big breckie burger 2 hot cake and my youngest had cheese pocket.

I just like to say terrible the pocket was dry and hard that my 5 year old could not even chew it. It was like have a old crouton.

The brecky burger the grill was not scraped properly so there was gill scraping on my egg.the hash brown was so over cooked that you can’t even see the potato anymore.

As for hotcakes we’ll all you have to do is reheat them, I got them they over reheated.like they were not soft they were so hard the plastic knife could not cut them, even after the syrup to try soften them.

I think this place need new management and retraining because if they send food out like that well that not good for this business.

Terrible don’t recommend anyone going there even if it’s in convenient location.

I've been living opposite this maccas for 2 years now.
Just want to say that the service here is disgustingly bad. Something always happens when I'm there. I used to order table service but their staff always "forgot" to take a straw, or some tissue, or sometimes both. One morning, i decided to grab a chicken burger 15 mins before the it changes to the breakfast menu, but the staff told me that they were "resetting" the system so i cant pay by card. I then told him i wanted a crispy chicken burger and he asked me to wait for 5 mins. But they soon changed into the breakfast menu, and they said i cannot order the chicken burger anymore. He should've told me beforehand so that i didnt have to waste my time waiting for something that is alrdy off menu. There are many other instances where they often gave me the wrong food, or sometimes i was short of one order. Mcdonalds with the most horrible service ever.

Worst branch of McDonald's! The most unprofessional, retarded, lazy, rude and stupid staff I've come across. Half of the times their machines aren't working. When they actually are, the staff fails to use them properly. Each coffee I've had from here was burnt, and the burgers and fries are mostly drenched in oil. Waiting times are unbelievable, whether you're at pickup or drive-thru. They should literally classify as slow food rather than fast food because they're not even near. If they can't manage the load, they should hire more and better staff rather than continuing with this unprofessional and low class behaviour. Worst experience ever, and although this is the branch closest to my home, today I've made up my mind to never go there again.

Their shake machine wasn't working on the day it was on special. My friends and I went all the way there to be dissapointed

I'm not a fast food person BUT if I ever want a reasonable latte and a toasted ham, cheese and tomato on sour dough for a VERY reasonable price, this is where I'll get it from

Drive thru was very slow and I got parked for my coffee which shouldn't have happened considering how long I was in drive thru between ordering and getting to the pick up window.

My Big Mac burger had one patty.what the heck. How do you mess that up? My mum also got bashed and there was hair on my burger. It spoke to me. I can’t stop having nightmares about this piece of hair. Truly traumatised.

Forget quality service, indeed forget service. Have been to this site three time in this week. Each time my order was messed up. I asked for skinny cap and they served me soy cap. In another instance they forgot to add chips to my order placed in drive through. I had to walk back into the shop and get my complete order. I also noticed this facility needs to clear its rubbish bins. Both bins were overflowing and covering an entire carpark spot.

Worst service. I won't step into this McDonalds again. My daughter was not well, she didn't have her lunch, therefore I drove thru on my way to hospital to pick up Happy meal and Chicken and cheese burgers, very clearly this order was placed, they took long time to get the order finally when they gave I did not check thinking they would have done there job, came to hospital while waiting in the Emergency Peadiatric Triage, opened MaDonalds pack and found beef burgers. We don't eat beef, it's religious thing for us. Called and spoke to Derek, all he had to say was come over and we will give u the right order, I am here with my daughter trying to get her treated and he expects me to come and get it for their mistake. Ridiculous service, less that half a kilometre and they couldn't come and give it at Monash Hospital.

Terribly inefficient staff. They got more than 30 mins to prepare 10 chicken nuggets and a quarter pounder meal. Worst Mac experience ever ️

Pathetic service, made me wait 15 minutes in the waiting bay for a hashbrown, mcmuffin and hotcakes no sorry or thankyou for waiting then proceed to drive off to work to realise they forgot the maple syrup how convenient.

Very slow service at 6: 25am despite not being busy at all, rude customer service by manager on duty this morning.

Slowest drive through I have every been to. No apology for 20 minute wait and no one put in the waiting bay.

As with most McDonald's, this one has been renovated and is looking pretty good with a McCafe inside too. Just not sure why anyone would eat here too often though. Regardless of the "healthy" options they are sprouting on about, it's still Maccas and there are plenty of better options out there.
