The worst service that I ever had at Macas,
The stuff having a chat together while I'm waiting for my order. I waited for half an hour and then asked one of the stuff about my order she said that it wasn't made yet. I just got the cold coffee out of this and left the place which I will never come back to again

Only 3 toilets total. The first girl was rather brusque but the girl at McCafe was super friendly and kind. She was way better than the average unhelpful teenager working there. The food was nice but they kept me waiting wayyy after every one elses order after who ordered after me. So 4 stars: D

A luxurious restaurant by all standards for fast food has a very tasty bigamy hamburger. There is a place for children to play
And drive through available is well.

Very bad customer service. Chips where old and felt stale and they forgot my drink drove halfway down Sydney Rd and then realised.not a good experience

So rude worker at drive thru was supposed to give me 12.05 instead he gave a 12 dollars and said he didn’t have any 5 cents so rude when we told the manager she didn’t confront him she just gave us the money with attitude never coming here again there is one down next to Kmart and I’ll probably get more respect

Been here a couple of times on the way up north. They never have the happy meal toys for the kids, this has happened 3 times in a row over 4 months. The kids were given a book which is way out of there age range. Switch on, it's not that hard mate.

ABSOLUTELY disgraceful! Refused to make a salad because it was TOO busy!

And then went back days later and left with a dinner box, to arrive home and see that no burgers at all were put in?

Should be re staffed!

Sorry but after many indifferent purchases this morning's was the worst. No thickshakes available, not the first time, hash brown missing from Big Brekkie Burger and no serviettes in my take away.

I will be going out of my way to use another store than visit this store again.

Possibly the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to, always get my drive through order wrong, constantly cannot get a thick shake no matter what time you go, most staff are just rude and seem they don’t particularly care at all. Terribly slow and absolutely disorganised all the time.

The toilet was so dirty and neglected that washing hands could've cause an infection!
I asked to talk to the manager about the problem but he sent a message with the cashier saying that he was busy and I had to wait!
Workers told me that they never use their toilets, with good reason!

Friendly staff & clean restaurant, unlike Dandenong branch. Quick service. Wheelchair parking at the front door & wide enough entry also.

I went to this store on the 06/04/19 at 5am. The manger working at the time made my day with how friendly and efficient he was at his job!

As I don't work for them, I refuse to use the self serve ordering system. I waited at the desk but no one wanted to serve me so I walked out.

I ordered ham & cheese pocket with a medium coffee in the morning, and I wait for the pocket more than ten minutes. They made the pocket and nobody want to give it to me.

Ordered a large chocolate thick-shake it costed $4 didn't have much taste and you don't get much pure ripoff don't go to Macca's under any circumstance

Is the quality of this food getting worse. My money acquired food that is best described as waste, removed from the restaurants dumpmaster out back. Nuked in microwave far beyond necessary and served in new packaging. Literally garbage.

I normally dont complain but MacDonalds Campbellfield is just terrible. The service is appalling. Will not go back

Wait in drive through for 15 minutes after waiting 5 minutes to pay after waiting 5 mins to order (No one in front). In the end went inside to get my own food.
Chips were fresh

Convenient. Not the best. Drive thru is always slow of a night. Some staff need better customer service skills

It is the worst should i say slowest McDonalds went in for smoko and took over half n hour for food my smoko was over
