McDonald's Campbellfield

A very messy McDonalds especially comsidering their is no table seating available at the moment. Not all food items are available at times, in particular the McFrapee machine seems to always be out of service. In store ordering takes some time as the staff are busy elsewhere & take a while to see they have customers waiting. On the particular day i visited there was a small group of people hanging around the entrance swearing loudly & making it very uncomfortable to enter. The manager clearly had seen what was going on but didn't do anything to address the situation, & even after another customer complained still nothimg was done.

Thanks girls cuppachino extra hot but little bit more then a half shot would have been drinkable weak as should of just paid for a extra hot milk water with one thru your try hard coffee in the ring in bin toastie ok hard to get deliberately wrong maybe spitting on the toastie machine.

Ordered a coffee then waited for five minutes as there was no staff at front counter finally a staff member came out and made the coffee hot instead of warm as ordered

Never thickshakes available! Very frustrating when you have kids jumping up n down when every 2nd visit the response is "sorry machine is out of order or sorry it's being cleaned".
Manager was very nice and accommodating though.

Worst burger ever, inedible the dog wouldn't even eat it, also I ordered a sprite and got soda water not for the first time either. Very disappointed but not surprised.

Worst mcdonalds ever. Waited for order in waiting bay for 10 minutes. Then on asking about order in-store, they said they don't have our order. Slowest and worst mcDonalds ever. Wasted 30 mins.

No care for in-store customers. Put on hold & served only drive through customers. We have to wait for more than 20 minutes while they were busy in serving drive through on last Monday. No waiting time told & no sorry for intensional delays. Please appoint one well matured person among the kids. Gave 2 stars as coffee was good.

Drive through slow. Always forget the toy in the kids happy meal or straws and napkins. Always asking is that all after ordering 1 order when you have multiple purchase's. Forgetting to answer you at the speaker when taking your order. You have to wait for a reply for ages. I'm guessing that comes under poor training of staff.

Ordered a large double quarterpounder meal at 1.15 am via drivethru, chips were cold and soggy, burger was dry, nuggets were solid and cold.only thing right was the bottle of water. Lift your game!

If the order says Mcchicken sauce why not put it in the bag. Everytime i order from this Maccas they always seem to miss it. Same as the happy meal sauces. You can miss it once but everytime i make a order it's missed. Never coming here again!

Foods about what youd expect from a maccas. Quick drive through service but slow in store service alot of the time.

Not incredible, just average.

Been there 3 times and they just dont listen to what you order so you get wrong order Plus all tiny flies in their cake cabinet.

I usually only use the drive through but the service is normally very good and reasonably quick.

Been to this store twice first time slow service and unfortunately store both inside and out area not clean returned visit a year later still the same slow service and place still not clean

20mins for 2 drinks.i had paid but walked out without them this Maccas is to be avoided this was the 3rd time and last time i have be disappointed there.

Do yourself a favour people eat healthy exercise more stop wasting vavlable time at disgusting places like this create more masterpieces in the kitchen

Five years ago I bought some desert from there and got sick for five days, i was bed forbidden, felt sick badly
till this moment I do not know what happend to me
I do not dare to eat from there againe

Whenever you go the crew is always so rude and don't behave properly as need to be. They don't bother to say thanks or anything. Just working for the end of shift. Worst McDonald.

Don't go here on a Sunday morning. Very slow to take the drive through order and then we waited 10 minutes for our hot drinks. Maybe the owner didn't put enough staff on, will avoid on Sundays

Got to try the new Vegie deluxe buger. I wasn't impressed. But McDonald's is good for a quick snack.
