McDonald’s Bourke St West VIC

This place is disgusting. There are birds everywhere which have swooped me causing to spill my drink, the service is appualing with people being dismissive to us and rude. There is also bird faeces on tables, chairs and floor which makes us unable to sit in certain places. Birds are also on tables eating the remaining food which should have been cleaned up. Overall smell is off food.

Very slow service. Staff took priority over customers. English muffin was stale, left in warmer way too long crusty and hard to bite into.

The wait times here are occassionally a bit long, but usually service is prompt. The food is usually good, and the staff are friendly. As McDonalds goes, it's usually a good experience

Big Mac.
Yeah, Big Mac's, McChickens, Quarter Pounders, Triple Cheese Burgers, large fries, Frozen Coke McSpider, warm double chocolate cake, nuggets, hash browns, pancakes, sausage and egg muffin, and all the rest too.

Its McDonalds. This place always clean. Today, however, I got the most uninspiring/flaccid cheeseburger. Will it stop me going to McDonalds? No. It's McDonalds. People will go regardless of a shitty cheeseburger review. Infact I don't even see the point of reviewing McDonalds in the first place. Staff are really nice though.

Got charged twice when one of the transactions was meant to be a refund! They don’t have a telephone number to call on so I’ve got to go in now for a significant order!

The lack of respect shown by the staff is beyond incomprehensible. Packaging a takeaway order like they’re serving a paddock of pigs. Chips thrown upside down into bag - your chips packets don’t have a LID! What do you think Newton’s law of gravity is going to do with a packet tipped upside down with no lid?
Apple pies thrown in all directions, ripping the takeaway bag - a bag that’s already so thin you could use it as crepe paper for a birthday present.

MacDonalds: if you don’t have enough respect for your customers to look after them with well made, well presented meals you don’t deserve our money.

English muffin was crusty and hard to bite into. Bruised the top of my mouth for sure. Left too long in the warmer.

Bacon tasted like cardboard and the lady who served me was plain rude with no smiles or anything. She looked like as though she didn't wanted to be there

Went to buy a coffee at 5am in the morning and had to call for service because 2 staff members and the manager ignored me. It was deliberate because one staff member knew i was there. I called out and they didn't hear me so I called OY, can you serve me please? Next thing, I'm getting a lecture from the manager for 5 minutes about manners. I ignored him because i had no time for this. I had to ask 6 times for a coffee.

McDonald's is just another great, budget friendly restaurant that gives peace to your tummy and wallet. And especially this one was my fav for being within the reach.

As far as McDonald's go, this place is Meh.
The service is pretty bad, slow to make food that doesn't arrive as hot as it should (considering they're making it 'fresh')
Counter staff seem very disorganised.

Otherwise it's standard maccas fare.

Conveniently located just up the hill from Bourke Street near Hardware Lane above a multilevel carpark.

DISAPPOINTING. Ordered through app and it made error, i showed managed i was already charged and he just used my phone to place another order without even bothering checking if my order came in or not. Now i checked my card and was charged twice.

The McValue pack cured my hangover. Got pickles in my big Mac tho even tho I ordered without. 4/5 would eat again.
