McDonald’s Bourke St West VIC

Ordered latte at mccafe, no proper cups. Not sure if this is new or just at this McDonald’s?
Place was dirty, took me a while to find clear table.
Definitely not up to McDonald’s standards.
Toilet is filthy and smelly.

I’ve never eaten so bad! I’ve been a triple cheeseburger consumer at Mcdonald’s smcdonald’s for 5 years. But that day I had the disgust of seeing my sandwich bathed in water, the meat dripping with water probably due to thawing.
I’m going to ask the manager if it was normal he said it’s because I had beef, I’m sorry but I wasn’t at my first try and I know what my sandwich should look like, However, he suggested that I take chicken and pay the difference in price between the two menus. I was shocked. I’ll let you judge for yourself with that picture. The box is completely wet.

J’ai jamais mangé aussi infecte! Cela fait 5 ans que je suis une consommatrice de triple cheeseburger chez mcdonald’s. Mais ce jour là jai eu le dégoût de voir mon sandwich qui baignait dans de l’eau, la viande dégoulinait d’eau surement du a la décongélation.
Je vais pour demander au manager si cela était normal il ma répond que c’est parce que j’ai pris du boeuf, je suis désolée mais je n’étais pas a mon coup d’essaie et je sais a quoi mon sandwich doit ressembler, cependant il me propose de prendre du poulet en payant la difference de prix entre les deux menues. J’étais scandalisée. Je vous laisse juger par vous meme avec cette photo. La boite est complètement humide.

Answered phone and acted like they were Victoria police. Two times, I don't understand why but they did.

It was all halal McD but they charged me extra for same item i always order from other McD. Strange I asked manager to clarify but he confirmed the same that they will charge extra for this swap, none other McD ever did even I confirmed from them this.

The food looked disgusting and was clearly inedible. The slimy grease cheese and grey beef patties so removed from human appetite and sadly reflects the pitiful state of humanity. God help us all.

The later I work, the more I convince myself I haven't eaten enough protein in the day and that saturated fat and empty carbs don't matter. Luckily this "Oasis" is only a matter of paces from my work place. There are very few things better than walking down Bourke street with a crispy brown bag, big enough to feed a small family, but knowing the 20 nuggets inside will he polished off before you get to Elisabeth street. Then there are the milk shakes. Thank you for your service.

Staffs are generally helpful despite being constantly busy. Ordered a burger once and selected the option to have it without lettuce but they still included it. Fortunately they were more than happy to replace it with a new one (not just taking the lettuce out).

Terrible service however, Owen made up for the mistakes of his his team should seriously be promoted to manager or at least crew trainer

Really feel for the staff here. No body treats McDonalds as a respectable establishment it is anymore. Seems like no one cares anymore, real shame if you ask me. Also those giant ipad things will replace everyones job in 3 years. 4 stars

Busy environment. Many customers and many people working at satisdy the demands for fast food. I was impressed. Staff was helpful and friendly despite the pressure.

Bourke st Melbourne is awesome st heaps to do its very long st the lots to visit drink coffee &have something to eat

What you expect from a normal Maccas at 3 in the morning. Busy, messy and a lot of drunk people. Staff were polite and friendly.

Your standard McDonald's serving you food in the timely manner that fast food should be served.

Not packed on a late Friday night where finding a table and chair is with ease for a quick dine in.

It's okay, its just McDonalds after all. Although they have a frequent problem of having their self-service machines run out of the receipt paper so it doesn't spit out the proof of your order number and gets a bit confusing for some people. Plus the machine 2nd from the right (when you walk in) frequently doesn't work, halfway through it stops responding to certain buttons (add to order).

The dining area was really clean, however there was only one staff member working the front, she clearly did not want to be there and really made very little effort to give any amount of good service.

The toilets were the most disgusting I have ever seen. Service was really slow, even though it was not busy and we only orderes drinks.

Unusually disappointing. I have been coming here for decades and until today had only praise for both food and Service. Today, service was impeccable with a polite, helpful and professional young lady being a credit to your company. However, my sausage and cheese muffin was stale and burnt. One bite and I dispensed with it. Obviously, someone needs to be spoken to, in relation to this!

Went to try their new McRib, over all it tasted good, but I was shocked to see how many pickles did they give me! Also, too many flys, one even just dropped in on our chicken nuggets

It was the only food place open that early in the morning. They managed to stuff up my fries.it somehow tasted like cardboard. Perhaps they refried old unsold fries from overnight. I'm not sure. It was really truly disgusting.

My nuggets were not as bad, but again something tasted off.could be the oil they were using just needed changing.

This review is not 1 star as apart from the food, everything else was great. Coffee was amazing, staff was polite, restaurant was immaculately clean. It could be just a bad batch of oil and/fries.

Night staff have a great time. Maccas is maccas cmon people you'll eat it no matter what reviews say.
