64When the order says "add bacon" usually that means add bacon! Every single order I place at this McDonald's is always messed up and I'm not even building special orders.
Didn’t realise until I got home that they had forgotten to give me one of the drinks (a thickshake which cost me extra in a meal), did not include sauces for the nuggets and put barely any hot fudge in the sundae when I had actually ordered extra. I’m not one to usually complain, but this has happened on multiple occasions at this maccas. Maybe if the manager wasn’t so busy chatting, she would pack the order correctly.
Never been more disgusted in this Restaurant in Berwick. Standing there, waiting for my order, and finally gets prepared after 18min. Then the Indian Girl at the front Counter then decides to Just throw the food in the Maccas Box we ordered. I told her she should not do that in front of customers and she then says, I don’t care. Absolutely disgusted I was.

Terrible service, ordered a double Big Mac and they didn’t even put cheese in on it. I made a mention on the app and they say would you like a call or email about the issue and I say yes and no one makes contact. Useless!
Always when I order take away my order is wrong. Just got a delivery and once again it's wrong Chicken Burger instead of a cheese burger I just won't order from this store again.
Disgusting in every way possible. Stuffed the order, incorrect food, cold, rude. What else is there to say? Oh and they don’t even pick up the phone it just rings out
I have had a few times now, going through drive thru, getting home with missing orders. That is after waiting for more than 15 minutes waitong in queue
The food was only fair, was not up to standard have been there before. We were not happy with what we received, and service was poor.
Missing two items from my delivery order. They were completely not included. Paid for them and just didn't get them. I called the store and the managers solution was she couldn't deliver them, I had to go through the process with uber eats. My house is 2 minutes from the store you'd think to make up for the stuff up she would go a bit above the normal process, considering I had already waited half an hour for the delivery and then didn't even get what I paid for. So basically they stole my money and two kids went hungry. No cutlery came with the hotcakes so too bad if we were eating out at a park or something and I ordered a cap not a flat white. You'd think working at McDonald's you'd get the basics right but obviously it's too hard even for the most basic of tasks.
Love the location although I have to cross 4 lanes to get to the other side
But it's worth the visit. Staff here seems lovely too. Polite and active.
Yesterday i got the best quarter pounder i have ever had from McDonalds here at this branch. Hope it is great as that everyday.
I constantly find myself having to reassemble my burger and the work and waiting time is very sloppy.
Where I get mad feeds cheap and its for the Boyz worthy this Macca's slaps compared to other Mcy Ds tbh
Tonight was appalling! My family 45mins for our food then to have my burger not cooked right through. After waiting another 20 mins for a new one, I had a horrible hair in my burger. The manager here was not helpful in anyway and would go outside literally every time it got too hard to drink her soda.

Pulled up to the drive through, waited about 4 minutes at the speaker before I realized the car at the other speaker wasnt having their order taken. Waited a few more minutes and said 'hello? ' And immediately the girl takes our order. Pulled up to pay and she just started at me? Was very strange. Then had to wait 10 minutes for our 4 burgers. Only one of which had pickles, and one had the onion and cheese UNDER the burger.
Plenty of staff on, all looked very busy, must just run poorly and have bad quality control.
Very pleasant service. I was working in Clyde North outside all day and their friendly faces made a change especially with the air conditioning running inside
Very bad experience in this morning. I can’t believe we have been treated like this. 1 customer in front of us to order but more than 10 minutes wait. The teenager staff is still learning we can understand. The around 40 years old Macdonald stuff is not nice at all. With out any explanation or saying sorry for the wait, without any smile on the face, she told the customer in front of us: she should wait, with the sarcastic tone.
We are rush in the morning, my litt shouldle son standing there 15 minutes nice waiting just want to order a burger. I can’t believe well trained Macdonald stuff treat us like this? Is not our fault. Macdonald suppose to give customers happy experience, especially should be nice to children. For mutual understanding, customer can wait if is really long time already, but at least say something nice to customer. I hope Macdonald management department should pay attention to this.
