64 We asked for no onions and no sauce on a burger. Guess the only 2 items ON the burger? We had upgraded.weren't even given the chips.
It's supposed to be fast food, we waited, absolutely still, in line, for 9 minutes - before we could even drive toward the speaker.
I understand they're mostly young, I get that it must be a monotonous job (I get tired of making dinner too, which is why we stopped at Maccas!), I get that it's sometimes pretty demanding and fast paced.
But how hard is it to read a board and add/not add what is written there? Tried to ring the store, no answer. Now Google is requesting a review.there it is.
Good food this place, just the service in drive thru as young lady got vehicle orders mixed up
I consistently get the best ham and cheese toasties from this McDonald’s as well as Big Mac meals. Whenever I add or remove items from my burger the staff here never forget to make those changes as other McDonald’s stores do. Very pleased. Customer service is also always good. Rachel and another girl I see in the mccafe always provide great customer service. Highly recommend
Waiting in queue for 30 minutes to place order, when we got told that no one is taking orders. Very poor customer service
Lovely reception at the counter and then table service, so relaxing with music at the right volume.
Usually don't have an issue, except for the long waits, however I will not be going on a Wednesday any more. The girl who makes coffee on a Wednesday is loud, obnoxious and swears like a trooper- yes the customer can hear you! When she makes the coffee it's always luke warm even though I ask for extra hot. Today just pushed me over the edge waiting for my order. I waited and waited and the Wednesday coffee girl was joking and swearing and the other girls were walking past the window, the coffees were being made but nothing handed out.
Time to lift your game and I won't be going back I'll drive to the Kangan Rd store, they are much faster and professional.
I waited 45 minutes for a cheeseburger chips and a coffee and ended up getting a refund and short changed I might add. If your understaffed here's an idea. Close the restaurant and do drive thru only.
Very poor experience. Will not even step in again.
I understand they were short staffed, the front desk had no one to serve, they will just look at the people standing and doesn't even say anything.
Also I noticed some staff having a good laugh and a chat without doing any work. I found it very disrespectful for the customers.

Food is ok but their coffee is never nice.
Changing 2 stars to 1. Bought a coffee at 12 today. Had to go back and only got time at 3 30 to ask for a new coffee. Got attitude as I took to long to come back. Really.i have to drive up and down because your employees can't even work a coffee machine. Got my new coffee and it is so bad I just threw it away. Pathetic excuse of workers that works here. I can't wait for robots taking over useless employees jobs and have consistent results.
Always mixes up meat patty when I double confirm while placing order. Staff needs rigorous training.
Honesty the most poorly ran McDonalds iv been to 45 minutes to get a coffee on a Saturday, through drive through, don’t bother going there before work, you will be locked in and running late on any day. The coffee people are not trained either no consistency ever.
Well.this McShit has once again showed why McDonalds group is FAILING globally. I don't expect much from a company who employ children and are endorsed by a clown.but this is getting ridiculous. Aside from the great reduction in staffed serving areas, the terrible quality of the easiest food to assemble on the planet.your staff just no longer care anymore. I travel to the U. S on a regular basis.and the company standards shown here in Australia are pathetic at best. Time to start reporting directly to the U. S Head office I will be expecting a substantial appology and no longer eating McShit anywhere in Australia as no one here can get it right.
Who doesn't like a frozen take away on a hot day only to find the "machine doesn't work" sign
Always cheap & quick, if you don't have the patience & you are not prepared for the staff to make mistakes without complaining loudly in front of other customers don't go here, it's cheap because they are mainly child staff on child wages (under 18 yo) go somewhere that is more expensive, where they are adults are on adult wages so they are less likely to make mistakes with your order, & you won't look silly in front of the other customers arguing with children as an adult, over mistakes they may have made, you are not going to change or improve the system because it's cheap because its mostly ran by children, check your order as it's handed to you & if they made a mistake, bring it to there attention & ask them (kindly) to fix it if they can, instead of walking or driving away & there realising that there is something wrong with the order because you failed as an adult to check it (let the buyer be aware) & then become angry & abusive to & in front of the (children) & customers. Good job & well done to the McDonald's staff
Refused to serve us breakfast for absolutely no reason just walked in and turned us around extremely disrespectful
Placed order through app as no confidence in crew getting it correct. Went to pick up and they didn’t even have my order code. Had to re order at window. Received order at next window and to no suprise it was incorrect. Iced coffee was not the deluxe and the ham cheese and tomato toasties obviously don’t come with tomato anymore. How hard is it to read a screen and make simple things?
If you're going to make your customers sit in drive through for 15 minutes, have the courtesy to apologise for the delay and produce fresh food. Very disappointing.
We went for a lunch today and while waiting for the order noticed inside that person, who was preparing the burger was eating icecream with one hand and was preparing the food with other hand. Especially during this covid pandemic and food safety and not sure how this was allowed.
Got here at 11: 55 by the time I got to the speaker it was 12. We wanted to order from the breakfast menu but the lady said they're only doing lunch from 12 on. IT WAS 12. They could have accommodated being we got there before 12.
My cup of tea was ridiculously hot, she didn't sugar the coffee as asked.
I scored them 3 stars because the hash browns were nice and the man that served me was really friendly
