A Bit dirty with average service. No piccolo (espresso) cup. Good for a desperate dash for food in between airport pick up/drop off

Always cold and always have to wait in a waiting bay for simple orders

The manager has a lot to answer for at this store

This young boy named Josh was very rude when he served me and I was very dissatisfied by his service.

Got served by a young woman named Ele. She was clearly on drugs and was incapable of placing my order. Had to use self service. 1 star

McDonalds Niddrie includes McCafe and offers coffee and snacks. It has adequate parking and is alongside the 59 tram. It has a play area and friendly helpful staff.

Always an incredible long wait, when you’re waiting you are in everyone’s way. Chips are always oily and never taste like good Macca’s chips and burgers are generally luke warm. Major food court issues here, needs a relocation.

It's 4 deep at the counter with people waiting to be served. One girl behind the counter, flooding the milkshake machine. Manageress out the back laughing and joking with staff. No service at all. Left in disgust

I don’t beef and instead of a chicken club house burger they gave me some burger with beef.the one thing I needed. And they messed it up. Dissatisfied I’m gonna have to starve till my next shift again. Called them to get it sorted but of course no one answers

Might help.if they could converse and speak like humans not arrogant self obsorbed pigs and cant even get the order right after 2 times returning it say we asked for happy meals not mac meals most pathecticly run shop but what should lk d we expect brains keep away

The staff were quite rushed due to it being peak hour (which is totally expected) however it took a while for everyone's meals to come out, which left minimal room in the store to move. It was a bit of an uncomfortable experience and I just wanted to get out of there. This said, it is fast food, it does get busy and it's just how it is.

I love my bacon on my burger so as you can imagine I will be really upset if I order some burgur with bacon and they forgot to put bacon!
That's exactly what happened. It was just burgur, lettuce, tomato!
To be fair we took it back and they changed it but it shouldn't happen.

Staff need to learn how to make coffee and should understand the difference between cappuccino and flat white coffe

Possibly the worst drive through in Melbourne. Not saying much, but still, this Maccas has messed up the orders the most for me, they have forgotten to put stuff in the bag the most and they have forgotten the bun on my burger a few times in the past 5 years. Very odd how they do that but who can be bothered going back out to Maccas once you get home? I just put some more bread on it, i call it the disappointment burger.

I was getting served a mcspider and they didn't put the mcspider in the other cup they put it in the large soft drinks cup and my soft serve on the top was squashed and the frozen drink was dripping worst service ever
