Extremely busy especially this time of year. Good customer service - keeping up with the amount of customers. Food quality is pretty good for McDonalds.

Quicker to drive to another suburb 10kms away. Slowest Maccas drive through ever! Been like it for years.

Macca's in a food court - good and fresh but long wait time.maybe choose one of the other vendors

Worst service ever, totally ignored at ordering counter for 10mins, end up getting into my car and drive thru to get my food, online order don't work in-store

Extremely slow service on the last 3 occasions, they seem to complete one customer before starting on the next, food received then waited for coffee to be prepared also despite the number of staff,
Very poor management in my opinion, for what its worth, the buck stops with the manager.

Great i had an Egg and Bacon Muffin really nice for breakfast. Staff were really nice and friendly.

Waited over 20 minutes in drive through only to be handed cold food and a $5 voucher.

For some reason, the fries are soggy or unsalted more than half the time. Sometimes both limp and with a raw taste. I'd rather have them quadruple fried and crispy rather than underdone and flavorless.

The McDonald's at airport west gives the impression of a dimly lit hovel. Front of store staff work in a dark, dank little area while a neon sign tries to attract the witless masses to consume the stores cardboard flavoured garbage. It's dreary and depressing. Perhaps try elsewhere if you need a hit of overfried grease.

The drive thru is filthy the service is woeful and the food is getting crappier by the day. Will never eat there again. Maccas needs to do better. Might need to think about a new manager. Maccas airport west hasn’t always been this bad.

I wanted to leave a bad review over the coffee, but it's usually very good, so I won't. I apologise for being rude but having my mouth scalded isn't a good experience. Friendly management, thank you.
P. S.put your palm on the jug while you heat the milk, if it's too hot for your hand, it's too hot for your mouth

To busy that the orders were buggered up even though my don wanted to go there all the time myself very disappointed with the service and food for the kids

I waited 30 minutes for 2 hash brown’s and medium chips there faulty machine didn’t even give me a receipt so I had to up to them after 20 minutes and they told me it would be two minutes i ended up waiting another 15 minutes disappointed.

Large drink, was full of ice. Poured the drink into a small cup for comparison, wasn't even full.

Manager took that and threw it in the bin then I was ignored. Have better things to do than wait at a Maccas, currently disputing it with my bank.

Frequent customer to this restaurant, but I have never been as disappointed as I was today.
In a large order 2 of the cheeseburgers I received had no onion or pickles, nor were they grill slips, just standard cheeseburgers. As a previous mcdonalds employee I am greatly disappointed.
Won't be returning to this restaurant.

Food tastes like they pulled the burger out of the trash and the order was wrong. My New year's resolution is to never go back to airport West McDonald's.

I ordered a double cheeseburger with no onions, pickles, or mustard, but it had onions in it. I took it back and said I didn’t want the onion in it so they made me a new burger. I Opened the burger and it had onion in it

Very poor customer service, and one of the workers named ian is super disrespectful and tried to argue with me. Dont recommend this place to anyone.
