McDonald's Airport West

Very behind and slow. They are not up to date with new maccas meals. Plus they barely give you any chips. I wouldn't recommend coming here.

Service was absolutely excellent. Went to the toilet and before my dump even reached the water, someone had scooped and cleaned it up. Dnin't even notice.

Took my 5 year old daughter here because its one of her favourite McDonalds, i am appalled and shocked that one worker that goes by the name ian, SPAT in our food and, when i did confront him about it he threw the food at me and my daughter out of the drive through window, i cannot believe how appalling this customer service is i believe and stand by the fact that ian should get fired and doesn't deserve a work place anywhere. My poor daughter is traumatised by this experience, will never be coming here again.

Horrible, horrible, HORRIBLE.
Went there to buy some food and got yelled at by a kid name kian sian or ian (couldnt pay attention to his name because i felt so threatened in the situation). He forgot to add my sauce in my burger so i went back and nicely asked him to add some and saw him SPIT in my food. I was appalled. He threatened to ‘put me in the ground’, never coming to this maccas again.

This joint replaced the old gaming arcade from way way back, years and years ago.
And you know what, I spend just as much money from the same spot.

For junk food, it's quite tasty.sure the burgers are bereft of any real nutritional value, but hey.it's not health you go there for.if you enjoy playing Russian roulette with your arteries, this is the place for you!

Got verbally assaulted for asking if i was allowed to refill my cup and then they started attacking me with big macs becsue apparently i ask too many questions.the sprite here tastes like they pee in it.do not personally reccomend.

Coffee was Luke warm service slow & I don't think it was a full cup I used the drive through so didn't go back This was not the first time that I have been disappointed at this store,

I was surprised there is NO QR code to sign in. Staff member said it wasn't needed because it covers the whole centre at the entrance.really.then why do all the other stores and take away food court stores have individual QR codes.

I am not a big fan of Mc Do I generally prefer Hungry jack. And yesterday I had the confirmation that I was right!
I took A Supposedly "Meal feast for 11.95!) The burger was So tiny Tevetything was so blend Yes I wanted a slice of tomatoe and salad Everything made my meat colder The bread was awful and cold! So disappointed. Yes I had a big fries and a coke For $ 11 anda 95cts burger. Never again.

All good except for the delay and I was the only customer. Never mind, mabye someone wasn't feeling well and i understand that. Just hope that person is feeling better. God bless.

This morning just order a meal at here, chicken nuggets and chips hard and cold. The oil to fry nuggets is really old so its taste terrible. Waste money, unlucky for brekky today

Placed a small order at drive through then had to wait bloody ages. It was as though the staff had to make every ingredient from scratch in including harvesting the potatoes. Very slow service. Much better in every aspect at the McDonald's in Keilor Road

Often make mistakes on orders and little care is taken when packing orders for delivery sadly uber eats does not allow me to order from the keilor road store they often drop the ball and I'm close to dropping them

Worst experience ever tonight!

I sometimes heard discrimination in Australia, but never believed it as i love it and the people. Unfortunately, today I experienced an obvious discrimination in this McDonald's in Westfield- airport west. I ordered at 17: 56 at drive thru. She asked me to park on waiting bay. I waited 28 mins as no one brought my Mcchicken while they were serving others at the window. There were only me and a maybe siri lanken on waiting bay and all Aussies were waiting and served at the widow. When i paid attention to this, that 4 persons served at the window and i was still waiting at the waiting bay, I took a short video which shows Aussie boy is waiting at the window, a que behind him until he was served. I can show the video to the manager and prove that I waited 30 min without serving and a photo of food with no napkins in it.
Never never go to this place as this place even changed my mind about Australia for a while.

Sadly this maccas is not the one you want to visit if your hungry, on three occasions in last two months Ive been disappointed to either not get what I'm after, been given someone else's order, or like today waited four minutes for a cold quarter pounder with the added bonus of bread buns you could use as a wheel chock. I'm done airport West sorry.

I visited the food court at McDonald's.and my wife and I were the only ones there.because of this virus. I ordered two grassfed burgers with no bacon. I love bacon but didn't feel like it. Walking around the shopping centre looking for somewere to sit. And eat our burgers. I got a chicken burger my wife got her burger but with bacon. Why don't they learn to listen. It happens all to often.

They get my order wrong all the time, even when I order the simplest thing, like a cheeseburger and coke, they'll give me a hamburger and coke instead. Or when I order a meal they forget to give me the fries.
They're generally really busy and the quality of the food could be more up-to scratch, rather than it look like they slapped every thing together in a hurry.

Went through thd drive through orded three large sundays we waited 10 minuts for it to come out then we needed to send it bck because half fall they came back out then with 3 puaters full so we left but left.

Soposed to be faser then inside but wayyyyy to slow and bad i prefor go somewhere else
