I ordered egg & sausage burgers two but I had burger with only egg no sausage and talking so long time

The car park of this McDonald is always crowded due to being the only free ultra short parking near the airport. Tried the new big briekke burger and it was pretty nice. Staffs are pretty friendly.

I think they don’t like to give a hash brown with breakie. This is 5 Th time. If you ask them they will say sorry sorry. Sorry means nothing if it’s keep repeating everytime. And the coffee doesn’t matter what ever you ordered you will get one, nothing much difference in cap and latte

We all know everyone just comes here so they don't have to pay for parking seems the staff do too none of them seem to like their jobs or their customers next time I'll pay for the car park it would be far more pleasant

Standard maccas. Quick drive through service. Just a pain to find a carpark or get to the drive through due to the popularity of the carpark as a drop off / meeting point.

For a McDonald's I am shocked they actually got my order correct. I order the most basic or burgers on their menu and every McDonalds get it wrong but this time everything was correct and not to much of any one thing. Unfortunately my husband got a CRISPY chicken wrap and the chicken was definitely not crispy. Staff were quick and efficient but the disabled toilets were putrid, I said something to a staff member but they just dismissed it.

Stuff can not cope, busy place, fairly dirty and got order wrong twice.
Low level of professionalism.

My daughter had a job interveiw with the manager there at certain time but delayed her half an hour and after all that they did not give her the job

Very poor quality food, long wait, very stressed staff, understaffed restaurant. All-round poor experience, go to subway for good food and let these poor workers rest.

Amazing location, perfect guilty treat with the fam before a flight (short or long) ahead. The facility was spotless when I visited. Orders were fulfilled lightning fast, which is what you want when you head to a Macca's an hour before your domestic flight. Quality of the food here at least that morning was better than the average Macca's for sure. Definitely check this place out, very close to Terminal T4!

Too busy.received my meal in drive thru and got the wrong burger! Ordered a small chicken clubhouse burger and got a double quarter pounder. The staff member handed me my burger and said the correct meal that I ordered.but that's not what was packed.

Best place to chill when you go to pick someone up from the airport.coffee is pretty good and burgers are great. Chips are perfect. Only issue is the carpark

Take way to long! We were waiting for 10 mins to get our food it was ridiculous! All the people behind us got there’s and we were the last one, personally I think that is very bad service. Secondly they didn’t give us our drinks we had to keep walking in!

Wow mcdonald's near Melbourne Airport. Congratulations on probably the worst mcdonald's store in the country and possibly the world. The dirtiest floors and tables. They look like they haven't been cleaned all day. The service is atrocious. After waiting 10 minutes to get served. Your automated order system doesn't work too. There are constant alarms going off for the 30 minutes I've been here.

The place was disgusting. Not clean at all. Urine on the walls and floors in the toilets. Food all over benches and seats. Took ages to find a park.

Slow and poor order fulfillment. Strange ringing noise coming from machinery made it a less than calming experience.

Some of the kiosks for orders were not working. The working one I used did not print out a receipt. Pick up area for food was different from that for hot chocolate drinks. Staff were however helpful in the circumstances.

I was there to to order I couldn't recognised there some one taking order then i saw few people they were ordering them self.then I started to order the order machine was saying out of order.then I started order again became good.after the they took only 30 sec. Only to hand over my Mac chick burger.some where I wasn't happy but at the end I was happy.
