McDonald's

They need to either change their opening hours times which inform customers of their opening times or just open the store when your meant to. Says it opens at 5 30am and yes it's only 10 minutes after but it's 5 40am and doors still locked.: @ Have seen so many cars pull up and people walk to the doors for them to be locked.

A Lovely young lady took my order in the drive through, she was very kind and helpful. My food was hot and fresh, just the way I like it! Service was quick and easy, thumbs up to the darling in the drive through, wonderful.

The absolute worst McDonalds by far. 25 minutes to get drive through. Not one staff member knows what is going on and clearly haven’t been trained. Disgraceful! Then when the meal was finally delivered to the car it was wrong. It goes back. Still wrong. Then discover on the freeway that the sprite is infant soda water.

Stopped in to head to the bathroom and the toilets were absolutely filthy. There was pee all over the toilet bowl along with what looked like the toilet water spread all over the floor. Honestly made me want to throw up at the state of the toilet. Is one of the worst toilets I have ever been to, by far!

Good service but very much understaffed. I don’t know if maccas is trying to save money or something. But I could only see one person running around and bring orders

The slowest drive through in the history of mankind. Like mindblowingly slow. I did have one of the best has browns ever here though.

It's a very grubby McDonald's restaurant. Tables are filthy with the food remnants of previous customers meals and they haven't been wiped down in what looks like a long time as there are many coffee or Coca cola stains smeared all over them. The floor is putrid with food scraps and McRubbish scattered throughout the premises. The milk for the coffee machine sits atop the bench next to the coffee machine, unrefrigerated and is another potential vector for contamination. There is a menacing security guard in the doorway of this McDonald's who glares at you when you enter the store that made me feel very uneasy. This must be a sign of the type of clientele that this McDonald's caters for, the dirty and uncouth. Needless to say that this McExperience was not very McGood. I won't be returning to this McDonald's in a hurry, I can tell you! Parking was absolutely atrocious as all the car spaces were filled up with differing types of limousines and fancy cars, the drivers waiting in their cars for their ride to arrive at the airport, using the McDonald's carpark so they don't have to pay for the airport car park. Parking signs abound around the carpark stating 'McDonald's customers only', voicing their rhetoric to the ignorant and those who are unwilling to comply

Disgusting toilets, toilet paper everywhere, urine all over floor, toilets haven't been clean on a regular basis. No stars for this

I don't eat Mecca's as advised by my doctor and I don't support everyday My brother inlaw grabs a coffee while I sit and wait in the drive through with him. This McDonald's slow service would have to be the worst I have experienced in any industry. Go in for breakfast and get your food at lunch time. I can't believe a Mecca's so busy can actually be so disorganised. What have they left for other small businesses to stuff up on? I would rather support small business that actually helps the community and personally work in the best interest of staff and connect more with their staff (not just a number).

Zero McDonald's a day will help you live longer. Prove me wrong if you can.

Every time I come here the men’s toilets are a nightmare. Water and toilet paper all over the floor, and once the urinal was clogged and full of you know what.

Absoutely discusting place. Ive been to Macas in out of the way Asain countries but this place is by far the worst Ive ever seen. Didnt buy food, wouldnt risk it. Toilets hadnt been cleaned in god knows how long, blocked urinals, "brown stuff" growing on wall tiles and grout. Give it a big miss. Health inspector needs a visit.

Just another MacDonald's/ Maccas just like any other. The carpark was littered with Maccas rubbish!

The worst service serviced. Peak time and they just playing in there. Jessica and Elizabeth are the worst.

9: 55 on a Monday night double cheese burger had cold meat and fries were old and cruddy. Couldn't even touch the drink after tasting the food.

I've bought Moca's from many cafe's, restaurants & petrol stations. But the best Moca's I found are at BP Melbourne airport. They don't use liquid chocolate, which should only be used on deserts & ice cream. Plus they don't mix the chocolate with water but with milk & they put an extra effort in making it perfect.

Rude have sent a complaint to head office have had a conversation with them and they are doing a investigation into the matter

- filthy bathroom and tables
- cold burger with ingredients mashed together
- fries scattered in the take away bag
- stale tasting apple pie

When I was there I went into the bathroom and saw a female employee making out with my mother so good 10/10 would recommend then my chicken was raw and the burger buns were rotten the chips were rotting and I found a nose ring in them my chesse was brown and i got food poisoning the staff were so mean and told me to eat chicken raw and they threw my drink at me in the drive threw

Standard version of Mc Donald’s Store. Might have trouble getting a parking spot due to people waiting there for a plane to arrive. There are sign’s saying that the car park is for Mc Donald’s customers only but it doesn’t seemed to be policed too well.

Food was the usual McDonald's breakfast menu, they forgot our drink but were apologetic. A good stop before the airport drop off or pick up if you can get a park. 1 star off because toilets werent accessible and I had to walk around through the service station next door to use them.
