What is it with Maccas?
Would you like a filthy toilet with your fries?
Would you like overflowing rubbish bins with your fries?
Would you like a table with s.t all over it with your fries?
Not just this maccas, but they are all usually on the manky side.
Why are you in there then you ask, do you have grandchildren?

If there is a way to give fewer stars, I will definitely give them. The service attitude is poor, the store is not clean, and it says 24 hours but always closes. This is deceiving customers,

Partner and I were here for over 1 hour and have not seen a staff attempt to clean anything.food on the walls, watched my food sit there for 15mins before I asked for it. Not as much as a 'sorry'. We had to wipe down tables and booths with our own disinfectant wipes!

Litterally the worst maccas i have ever been too, there were hardly any customers and the manager was goofing around with the teenagers, who gave us a dry, stringy chicken burger. Honestly you are better off just buying the over priced airport food.

We arrived at the airport starving, we went here. We went through to the drive through. They didn’t prepare everything together and forgot about our coke and didn’t have much lettuce in my mc chicken

The only place to park near the airport for free, colocated with a BP petrol and convenience store.
One of the worst McDonalds I've ever been to. Fillet of fish was fresh, but Tartare sauce was squirted in box and not on the bun! Small burger was almost cold and stale. The double Beef and bacon burgers were at least 15-20 minutes old. Cool and stale. Only the Chips were hot and fresh. Our order was incorrect and we were charged for a burger we didn't order. We were refunded after complaining. Toilets were absolutely filthy, wet toilet paper everywhere, disgusting. Fail, fail, fail. They were and always are very busy, but that's no excuse for such poor food!

It's McDonald's. However the store was clean, the service was good especially as the store was busy, and the staff were friendly.

Every time I went to the airport I visit McDonald's to have meals with someone or at least hot chocolate alone. They make nice hot chocolate.

Absolutely lethal and disgusting. I opened my chicken wrap, and found this piece of cling wrap, luckily i noticed it and didn’t gulp it while watching videos on youtube. I would’ve died if that little thing choked was struck in my throat.

I've just got home from Melbourne airport dropping off my second family heading to Cambodia but we had a quick stop at McDonald's before l dropped them off and came home

Just went thru drive thru and bought a big mac not put together properly and a mc chicken and chips older than my grandmother. Who's dead.and we didn't get served until 5mins after reaching the speaker box.yeah I'm annoyed and I want a refund.

very very very disappointed to get home after a 27 hour flight just to want food and craving some maccas hash browns just to find out that the 24hr is a lie, NO drive thru either AND when we all needed to pee after not being able to pee for over a day, leaving very hungry and probably with a burst bladder.

Had few coffees here before and were OK until last week, taste like hot water flushed coffee grind compost.

Oh Lord. 8 staffs but operation is so UNORGANISED. We made our order (3 hot fudge sundae) via kiosk, but when we wait for 15 mins, they call our number just to tell that there's no ice-cream. Like? The shift supervisor didnt do anything until i complained & almost turn into a dragon. She was preparing the order at McCafe counter, like?

Ice cream machine not working. McDonald’s is such a joke. They can never deliver on the basics.

I heard a customer in front me "Excuse me are these my coffees 19#" followed by "I don't know probably". Terrible motivation or care by the young lady

Disgusting toilets and no soap. Right next to the the food. Leads me to believe staff don't have facilities to wash hands either.

Both urinals were overflowing. Both toilets look broken and one sounds like it is leaking and there is no toilet paper.

What the hack, 24hours? Seriously?
