Great beer, 1kg ribs shared between four friends was great value, buzzed old mate out the front singing sea shanties enhanced the atmosphere. Great place.

Caolan manager was a great help after dealing with an hour late order from a table. On duty worker was helpful in trying to resolve the situation.

I haven’t been this happy with a dining experience in a long time! They’re excelling whilst being understaffed and over worked, during the high season.

This is a great pub. Everyone is welcoming and pleasant. The food is just right and the prices are affordable. I always try to stop here when im passing through Rosebud.

Came here for dinner and service was quick and friendly with great food. Then karaoke started which we didn't know would happen so it ended up being a really fun night! Definitely recommend

My partner and I had a fantastic experience here on our weekend away trip for our anniversary. Staff were so lovely and helpful and the calamari entre was absolutely delicious. The mains were so tasty I felt bad being unable to finish, but the serving sizes were so generous I simply couldn't!

Warm welcome, but after that, zip, food average, broken shell in my seafood chowder, and we all sat around for the next hr with dirty plates in front of us, till I cleared my plate to the bar and got scoffed at, plenty of staff doing zip.

Lovely pub for a meal & catch up with friends. Great atmosphere. Was a little concerned by the amount of people squashed in such a small area though. Not what I expected for the new covid normal scene. On saying that, I'd still recommend visiting here as there are indoor & outdoor dining options. Friendly staff & prompt service.

What a nice place! Had only walked through the door and was already laughing with the staff. Very nice and friendly with a nice atmosphere.
And the food was more than decent! Especially for a pub in a touristy area. Wife had the Parma, I had the Irish Parma. It was delicious! Chips were perfect! Even the salad was spot on. Can highly recommend this place! Will happily come again.

From the moment we walked in, the friendly and welcoming atmosphere of McDaid's Irish Pub was evident.

The staff were very attentive and helpful with all things pertaining to the menu, including suggested drink choices.

The food was well presented and at very reasonable prices. The menu items ranged from traditional Irish fare to mainstream options, including a children's menu option.

I cannot recommend McDaid's Irish Pub highly enough for a great night out on the Mornington Peninsula. The dining area was comfortable complete with open fire for what was a very wintery evening.

My thanks to the proprietors and staff at McDaid's for a wonderful experience. They even allowed me to play their piano - nothing was too much trouble.

A group of disabled people, Wednesday night, easy access, incredible food, great friendly staff, my new favorite place. Can’t rate this warm, wonderful pub/Resturant enough.

Finally an establishment that serves an excellent pasta seafood WITH a decent helping of pasta! Prawns fresh, scallops fresh, calamari fresh.all from a great irish pub

Food and service was excellent. We were there with the family for dinner which we thoroughly enjoyed but when it came to my daughter needing to change her daughters nappy there was nowhere to do this so the had to go out to there car and change her, would be great if this could be sorted.
