They advertise as ‘painless’ threading.

I have been getting my brows threaded for nearly 10 years and this was the most painful. Not only painful, but also irritating. She kept on touching my lashes with the thread (which shouldn’t happen often).

After the threading, 2 people came in, one went straight behind the register and sat there and the other chatted to the lady who did my brow, so I stood there waiting for them to finish chatting so I can pay.

Brows are good but if you’re advertising as painless and that your staff are trained to do so, you should ensure that it is done as it is.

Worst experience with eyelashes extensions, they charge from $100 to $140 for volume lashes which gonna fall off in 2 days. I had my lashes done the person glue lashes to my eyelid skin looks horrible.today is my second day almost 1/3 of lashes gone off, so unprofessional not recommended at all. It’s required almost 2 hours done for volume which I always get from other salon, the person did in 30 min I was wonder why it was so quick till I saw it on mirror she glued 4 of my lashes to one extensions I notice when they are falling out

Terrible customer service

I got my extensions done two days ago and specifically asked for individual lashes, however as I looked closer there appeared to be two lashes on one lash for some of them which I was not happy about.

Also, once I was about to pay for the lashes, I decided to pay by cash and asked them KINDLY for change. They did not, so they told me to go to the bank next door in which I did. The two workers suspiciously checked in on me in the bank and angrily ordered me to go to the bank in an belittling tone, they demanded I pay immediately, and were terribly impatient. I was appalled at this behaviour. As I returned to pay, one of the two women were giving me dirty looks.

I did not like how they dealt with the situation as it was pathetic. I will definitely not be coming here again.

RUDEST workers out! Workers messed up and over charged us and wouldn’t refund refusing they were wrong. Manager was rudest of all coming out saying I was in the wrong and just walks away and then all staff ignored me, wouldn’t look at me and would refuse they where in the wrong, shrugging their shoulders when I asked why they wouldn’t even say sorry. Just money hungry cows honestly best believe I’ll run your name through the dirt now

I tried many places for eyebrow threading i was left with no clean lines or shape just very wonky, thin uneven and dogey unprofessional work.so i gave up and hadnt had my brows done in 4months.i walked into maxi care extremely nervous and anxious.i had shamika she made me feel comfortable and listened to what i was looking for she was very gentle and thorough in her work and perfectly cleaned and shaped my eyebrows.i highly recommend anyone who is on a quest to perfect eyebrows.shamika even measures your eyebrows throughout clean and shaping she takes her time and delivers exactly what you want.i am super happy!
