I’ve been their (full face threading) customer for a long time and every time (every two or three weeks) I’ve paid $35 for the exactly same job but today they asked me for $45 for the same job without any previous notice! I’ve been shocked! When I asked the reason they simply said that their price has changed from today!
I couldn’t see any notice about changing prices in their shop and even no one one told me before starting the job they just simply charge me the amount that they wanted to take! So I won’t go there anymore!

I did a face wax and also got an eyebrow threading done. My eyebrows looked good although they were hurting and were red.
So she put some lotion; which really did nothing. But the next day my face was so bad that I couldn’t even wash my face and it was all with blisters and pimples. I got an allergic reaction from your wax. It is really unhygienic. NEVER COMING BACK HERE. WORST PARLOUR EVER. Please understand that you’re dealing with people’s faces.

I had my arms and eyebrows waxed, about a week later my arms are inflamed with folliculitis extremely red and itchy, it burns to have clothes rub over them and burns if someone at work brushes past me which is hard to avoid, the lady who waxed me was very nice though, wax was a bit too hot on my face which has been mentioned before with people getting burns will not be coming back.

I purchased a facial wax service and ended up getting facial burns. Half way through the appointment I had to stop, because of the unbearable stinging. The staff didn't take any responsibility for the incident, they only kept saying that my skin was too sensitive. Avoid this salon as it shouldn't be operating especially that any qualified salon practicer should be aware of how to test the wax temperature before applying it to the skin. Just a walk in facial appointment has turned into a living nightmare where I'm having to get medical treatment due to this salon's negligence.

And my friend's eyebrows waxing was too hot apparently the girl who works there has been like don't worry darling and she has burnt her eyebrows as well. NEVER COMING BACK HERE. Understand that you are dealing with people's faces! Worst parlour ever

My daughter and I love this place. The ladies really take care on shaping our brows and listen to what we want done for other areas. We keep coming back even though it's a bit of a drive. Highly recommended.

They weren't very friendly, I went in for treading and the lady didn't speak to me at all. After she didn't apply any cream to my burning brows and I wasn't happy with the uneven shape of my brows. I won't be returning.

They are lovely ladies but they don't speak english or try to make conversation with you, but their good at what they do.

Did an amazing job. Had eyelash extensions done for the first time and was really impressed with them. Would highly reccommend Mina.

Reasonably priced but there was a number of issues with my eyelash extentions and brow tint: -

1. They only had 3 colours for the brow tint and my brows did not match my skin or hair colour.
2. The door was left open during the lash extention and another customer not only walked up and spoke (and continued to speak) during my appointment, but the technition actually left me (with the door open) to deal with her. There was no apology.
3. My eyes were sore for days after.
4. They did not enquire as to whether these were my first lashes (they were) and gave me no safety instructions or maintenance advice.

Lashes looked pretty good despite the above, that's the only reason for the second star. Do not recommend.

Beautiful customer service, perf eyelashes love the business in general keep up the great highly recommended
