I got eyelash extensions. Technician was not in for my booked time. My email confirmation had a different time from what they had on the system. Another person took the service. Service was done fast. They looked good however from 24 hours onwards they started falling out. 3 days later half were gone so ended up getting my friend in training to remove the left over.

Monica was amazing so fast with waxing and threading. She was nice and quick and it was almost painless because she has 10 years experience and is very good at what she does

I had my eyebrows waxed and tinted there today and the lady stuffed them up so bad, I spoke to her about it and she tried to fix them but ended up making them even worse and then proceeded to charge me for it, i will never go back there again.

I had a great experience with this salon. I've done my eyebrows treading with Negin, she did amazing job for me and I am very satisfied with her.

I used to get my lashes done at maxi care beauty secrets but my 3 time going was so bad, the girl who did my lashes, i’ve never seen her there when i was there so she must’ve been new and so i wanted a dramatic set and she basically gave me a natural set that started falling off as soon as i left the place and it’s been 3 days now and only have 1 on both eye, so bad i’m disappointed.

I have been here few times and always get my eyelash extensions done here since my first time. Neelam did an amazing job and gave good advice on what type of eyelash volume I should get.

I went to this place to get a full face wax, I have done this procedure many times at other places and never had a reaction. However after the waxing, I looked at my face and it was filled with red bumps all over. I went back and the lady said it was go away in 15-20 mins when I said I have an appointment and I will come back in 3 hrs, she changed her mind and said it will go away in a day. It’s been two days and it’s still have bumps on my face. These things happen, however when she noticed the bumps she should have told me and asked me if I wanted to continue rather than pretend I had no reaction. I am so annoyed, I will never go back here again.

If I could, I would give them zero stars. I got my eyebrows and upper lips done from this place yesterday. When the lady was threading my eyebrows, it was so painful, and tears kept coming. She didn’t stop for a second. After 30 mins, I saw cuts on my eyebrows and upper lips. When I went to tell them, first the lady who did my eyebrows pretended like she didn’t know me. Then I said I came just 30 minutes ago and she said sorry. Then another girl gave me a $25 voucher as I would go back there. I don’t recommend this placement to anyone. These staffs need to understand they are dealing with people’s faces. Now that I am reading all these reviews, I understand I am not the only one who faced these kinds of situations because of them.

I went to this place got waxing and eye brow by lovely lady name Sonya what a great lady and professional she was very good at her job I was very happy the way she did my eyebrow I find some one like her good at her job after years

They burnt my face then hung up the phone when I rang to tell them

Also when I was on the phone they were speaking among themselves in a language I couldn’t understand. Hardly professional

Last week I did eyelash lift, body waxing and eyebrow threading, with sukhmani. I always get my threading with her but first time lash lift, I had an amazing experience and absolutely loved the result, thank you much Sukhmani, I appreciate this look:)

Price wise as well I’m very happy.
