Master Cobbler

Thank you to Arthur at Master Cobbler for consistently great service. This is my go-to place for shoe polishing, shoe repairs, heel replacements, watch batteries etc. He has even kindly assisted me in putting extra holes in my belt and watch straps free of charge. I wouldn't go anywhere else, and can't recommend this place highly enough!

Had an emergency situation before going to work and he kindly fixed the sole of my leather shoes in less than 10 mins!

They damaged my shoe whilst heel and sole was being replaced.no offer of suitable repair or solution.walked away paying full price for a damaged shoe.the shoes were once my mothers.not very pleased.

I think the guys name at the front counter is Arthur (sorry if lm wrong) really easy to deal with and helped me out with no hesitation. Took 2 pairs of my wifes shoes in to be repaired he had them fixed and cleaned up even better than what l was expecting. Very happy with the service and quality of the work done

Took my boots in to have a protruding cobblers nail removed and to get them re-soled. They forgot to fix the protruding nail, so I have it sticking into my foot until I get them re-soled again (Somewhere else). Not happy Jan!

Arthur and his team did a first class job repairing the heals and soles on my shoes. I got them back the same day and they look better than new!

These guys are the real deal. Arthur has an incredible depth of knowledge regarding leather shoes and helped me stretch out my Red Wing Mocs over multiple sessions until they fit comfortably. I'll definitely be coming back here when they need a resole!

Tried this place as it was convenient and I needed some shoes resoled and they came back pretty much brand new. Outstanding work.

Some 'Master Cobbler', he wouldn't even fix my kicks. The back of the rubber soles on the bottom of the shoes had been worn to the point that the rubber had began splitting at the edges due to it being so thin so I knew it was time to get them repaired. I took them here first as by reviews they look to be the best in Melbourne however when I got there the guy said he couldn't do it because he couldn't glue the original sole down to the shoe. Absolute rubbish, in other words he couldn't be bothered. If you can't be bothered fixing ALL shoes then don't call yourself a Master Cobbler. I went to a Mister Minit and he fixed it without fuss, literally got them back the next day and Mister Minit also glued the sole down to the shoe as it had separated due to wear, he also then put new rubber on top, glued it together and filed the rough parts. My shoes are now good as new, no thanks to this so called cobbler. Funny thing is he would probably charge over $50 being in the city and an alleged master and all, Mister Minit fixed it for $30 and I got them back the next day. Marinate on that.

So impressed with the service provided. This cobbler is fast, efficient and his work is above standard. I took all my wife’s shoes here and all of them came back good as new.happy wife happy life ;) thanks again

Honestly the most amazing customer service and such brilliant repair work. Fixed my favourite pair of heels that looked almost completely unfixedable and charged me next to nothing. Thoroughly recommend these guys, I wouldn't go anywhere else!
