Arthur and his team did an amazing job in fixing a broken leather strap in my Mont Blanc briefcase. Happy to recommend Master Cobbler for all leather repairs and wonderful customer service.

I have been going to Arthur for over 5 years now for all my shoe repairs.

The other i dropped of my mother in laws favourite pair shoes, when others said she was better buying new ones, he had the shoes repaired the next morning morning and she could not be happier and she is hard to please.

Arthur's attention to detail and workmanship is this, if he is not happy then the shoes do not leave the shop.

He also does the lot from cutting keys to changing watch batteries.

His pricing is more than reasonable, it is like the famous saying “you pay for what you get”.

I highly recommend Arthur to anyone for any shoe advice and or repairs.

I would go back to Master Cobbler anytime. Try them at least once you will not regret it.

I took a pair of boots to be stretched around the ankle area. Initially, I had enquired about inserting an elastic strip, however the gentleman at the store suggested stretching them in order to save me money. The gentleman did an amazing job on the shoes, and was extremely helpful in helping me find the most effective and least expensive way of making my shoes fit better.

Got my boots completely resoled, polished, and imperfections covered up — all for $90! Would highly recommend if you’re on a budget but don’t want to compromise on craftsmanship.

I go out of my way to take my shoes for repair at Master Cobbler because the quality of the work and the service are outstanding. The repairs are always first rate and they will provide you with an honest assessment of what work needs to be done. The cost of the work is very reasonable, particularly given the quality.

I've been getting my shoes and boots revived here for years. Much better than the quicky shopping centre people. I usually get an extra years wear out of a full heel and sole repair on my boots. Amazing workmanship and service.

I had my Jimmy Choo's fixed with additional protection on the sole so they will last longer. They look so good once done and they add a extra layer onto the sole which I find makes it easier when walking in the shoes. Great work done by Master Cobbler highly recommend.

I have a beautiful pair of Italian leather shoes, the leather sole was so slippery when I wore them that I have slipped over twice!
