Had my daughter's Bridal Shower lunch and couldn't be happier with the quality and quantity of food. Great pizza and antipasti and more than enough. Event ran smoothly and Vanessa was wonderful in ensuring all went well. Beautiful location and lovely ambience. Thank you.

Visited this lovely winery recently with my wife and mother in law.
Vanessa the owner was friendly as were the staff.
The food was very good and we were served in a timely manner.
The venue has a lovely atmosphere for both indoor and outdoor dining.
The views are magnificent especially on a nice day.
Most definitely worth visiting.

I hosted my birthday here in the private room and it was such a beautiful afternoon. Nothing was too much for Vanessa and her team and the food was beyond amazing! Love this as our local place and can't wait to keep coming back! Thanks again for a great lunch Vanessa! Everyone had a great time!

We had a work function with 13 people attended. They all had a wonderful experience at Massaros the hosts Dom and Vanessa were welcoming and friendly the staff and service was great food delicious we will definitely recommend it

Celebrated my Mum’s birthday at Massaros over the Easter weekend and had a wonderful time! The staff were friendly and attentive, the wood fired pizzas were delicious, and of corse plenty of wine to go round! Beautiful relaxed dining with perfect views - we can’t wait to go back

Only one star for the great location and beautiful view.
Wine selection and quality was just ok but Service and food was really bad.
Quite unprofessional staff too - we had lunch here few weeks ago and got their package/ set menu. After finishing the food, they told us the kitchen is closed so you can’t have desert (which was already included in their set menu) however no one told us about that. When we insisted, they gave us a small plate of 8 different tiny deserts, one for each person. When we told them this is not enough, they told us you can pay for more and we did - we got one more of those plate and they charged us $70 for it with no logic of how they calculated the price in their invoice. Such a rip off.

Our family friends have enjoyed lunch and dinner here recently.
The venue, food, drink, service and hospitality is wonderful.
Plus an incredible view of Melbourne city!

A terrific atmosphere with amazing night views of Melbourne. We all had pizza and we were very pleased with what was served up. The dessert was great also!
The staff were quite friendly and attentive, ensuring that our glasses were never empty. Highly recommend Massaros for a casual night out with good food and atmosphere.

Beautiful setting and views of the city and surrounds. Gardens are suberb. Food and beverages are delicious and great service. Will definitely be back and highly recommend. Great for couples, groups and functions. Will not disappoint

My husband and I had a lovely day with my girlfriend and her family celebrating her 60th Birthday. The staff and food was great 10/10.

We had our wedding here recently and absolutely could not fault massaros.we had so SO many compliments on the view, the food (especially the pizzas) and the ambience.vanessa went above and beyond to meet and also exceed our expectations.we can’t wait to be back for many anniversaries and celebrations into the future!

However it was ruined by our main courses coming 20 minutes apart. Either order pizza or non-Pizza. They don’t come together

Very hit and miss. Beautiful setting in a great part of the world. Friendly staff, no complaints about any particular staff member at all, but actual service leaves a bit to be desired. Several drinks simply never arrived after order was placed and had to be chased up. Food comes out at different times which is somewhat understandable with wood fired pizza, but staff don’t seem to really follow up the tables to check if everyone has what they ordered. I tend to think that is more a result of lack of leadership and training than anything else. General consensus on the pizza was that the base was excellent but all the toppings were way too salty and generally disappointed. Now for the really disappointing dish. The chicken calabrese with tomato on top was more like dehydrated chicken leather that has been reheated several times. Literally could not cut the chicken with the standard knife it was that tough. The tomato slices on top were wilted and just disgusting really. The ‘fresh’ salad could just as easily have been picked out of the compost bin. Some of the meals were luke warm - and no we are not into taking pics of our meals while they go cold- we’re old school and just start eating. I leave most restaurants with the simple question would I go back? For the price, absolutely not. There are some fantastic alternatives within 5-10 mins that offer far more for less. Shame because it really could have been sensational with just a bit more care and attention.

Thought prices were unrealistic for the set menu on Sunday, service was slow.food was bland and very limited option for vegan options, over priced vegies.

Great venue, great takeaway pizza during lockdown. Looking forward to when we can go back and dine in.

Quick service, beautiful views and great ambiance. Surprisingly quiet in venue for the amounts of guests.

What can i say other than amazing. I photographed a wedding at Massaros back in Feb 21 and the team was brilliant.
As a photographer it really helps capture the day when the venue knows what they are doing and these guys nailed. Thank you again and cant wait to be back there.

Massaros recently hosted my friends baby shower and it was amazing. The service, food, drinks, venue and overall communication with Vanessa and the venue was above and beyond.
I would highly recommend this venue to family and friends in the future. Thank you Massaros for such a wonderful experience.
