I am super impressed with Marko! The plant-based vegan burgers are really flavourful and delicious. Marko is located at South Melbourne Market, right on the corner of York and Cecil Street. The restaurant is very spacious, airy, with lots of natural light. Love how there are lots of green plants everywhere, so nice!

Both burgers were flavour with yummy light fluffy coconut milk bun.
The house-made patty is made with mushrooms, sunflower butter, coconut oil, lentils and beetroot – soo soo delicious! The super tasty Mushroom deluxe is soo loaded with mushrooms including the patty, roasted mushrooms & crispy enoki mushrooms – so mouth-watering!
You must order the corn ribs, they’re soo addictively delicious with the herb butter (chilli oil added to the side) and you cant go wrong in chips with sea salt and fresh herb seasoning.
Cant wait to return and try the fried crispy cauliflower burger!
