Amazing brekkie burger options… finally a great burger option at South Melbourne Market! Just a suggestion though - a coffee machine would be very welcomed by morning visitors

What a lovely evening we had. Warmly greeted upon arriving. Food didn’t take long to arrive. We had the double cheeseburger and nashville cauliflower. Both were amazing. The sides were generous and the mulled wine and whiskey yuzu were delicious. It also coincides with our anniv so it was a great evening altogether.

We’ve been a few times and would definitely be back. Glad to have an amazing burger joint in our local!

Fantastic flavours. Not a vegan but could not tell the difference between the vegan and beef cheeseburgers. Staff are exceptionally accomodating and friendly. Best cheeseburgers in Melbourne!

Best burger I had in the recent time. I ordered double cheeseburger. It was fresh. Perfectly seasoned and cooked patties. Amazing place for a damnn good burgers.

Had the vegan side of the menu! The burgers were simple but very yummy. Falafels were delicious!

Brilliant service! Went out of their way despite closing in 5 mins. Burger and Chicken burger absolutely delicious. Cannot recommend highly enough!

I love coming here for the burgers, chippies and pitas for lunch and their small plates for dinner.
The menu changes frequently which keeps it fresh but their super attentive front of house staff remain the same. They're all lovely! The owner Dean takes a lot of pride in the branding of Marko and creating a unique dining experience.

Absolutely brilliant burgers and chips today! Had the spicy cauliflower and the mushroom burger with a serving of chili fries and herb fries.

The tastiest burger I've had since coming to Australia, and it was completely vegan.
Since coming to Australia, I've found all the burgers extremely dry (some weird Australian thing about lean mince meat).
This was very tasty: the buns, pattie, coconut cheese slice and jalapenos were delicous, and I definetly recomend trying this place out, whether you are vegan or not.

Excellent beer and sweet potato chips. Attentive and friendly staff. I have been twice. Falafel bowl with quinoa was ok, not much falafel though, but the spicy falafel in pitta was terribly disappointing - way too much mayo, also not enough falafel, not at all spicy, and the pitta bread was rather too thick and doughy for my taste.

A vegan spot that gets it right. I heard they started off as a smaller fast food type shop and developed into the present restaurant. You can see and taste why.

A well developed menu and great meals show off the creativity of the chef who designed the menu.

I’ve had a spicy falafel pita and sweet potato chips and everything was amazing!
I’ll come back for sure, maybe to try the dinner menu.
Also, the place is really cute.

We had a great time, the food, the cocktails and the live music from the market made for a wonderful evening with friends. I highly reccommend the martini & mezze promtion. 2 x Four Pillars gin martinis with a mezze plate for $50 per person. You could not fault a single thing! We will be back soon.

Good and simple vegan burger. Unfortunately they were running out of the pineapple. Cauliflower burger is very tasty and surprising. The bread could be better or toasted

The food is great! We did the banquet and really enjoyed every thing. Stand out dishes were the spicy starters, all of which were excellent. Service was just okay - server forgot our drink order and it took over 30 minutes between mains and dessert (we just sat there with our empty main plates during this time). There's also burgers and chips you can order at dinner but they did not tell us this (just gave us the dinner menu which didn't have the burgers). Cocktails were great!

Completely love it! Me and my family arrived in Victoria 3 weeks ago for living and so far we are speechless about the food. Marko was a good choice for us. Food, drinks and service ate amazing.

Totally incredible! We've been for lunch and for dinner, and had a wonderful time. During the day, it's light and airy and fun, and you can get a burger and some snacks. At night, cosier and more intimate, with incredibly inventive food and great drinks. Sure, it's vegan, but that's not the point (for me at least). The point is that the food is incredible and you need to go right now!
