I bought my car from this car company. When I was just looking around to buy a car they told me they have a loan car whenever go for servicing. But now every time i call for servicing they tell me they have no more cars left to loan which is so diappointing. Why is it my problem that you ran out of cars to loan? And why would you even tell customers that you have loan cars while cars are going for servicing if you cant live up to it. You have disgusting customer service not once you managed to loan me a car every time I did my servicing. You are a bunch of hoax! While zagame where my husband bought his car always has a car ready to loan when you need a servicing. Also ive registered my car to have the airbags changed no one called or sent me a letter no action at all, zero! Im so fed up with this company hence i went here to review it just so you all guys know.

Yeah just don't bother here - they sell to you and then they are done. Go elsewhere!

Just purchased my BRAND NEW Holden Astra LTZ and it is a fantastic car. The dealership was very inviting and the team went above and beyond for me, both in sales and service.

All I can say is that from the used sales team especially Michael and the finance team with Dee, the customer service and can do attitude was absolutely brilliant. I had my car serviced there and they scratched and chipped all of my wheels then denied it. I would recommend you stay away if you like your car or make sure you do a full inspection of your vehicle with them before you let them service it, and be very weary of the price they quote for replacing globes tyres

Worst service department ever.been trying to speak to someone but cant get through been trying for 3 days leaving messages but no one calls back.went to dealer in person and was served straight away and noticed no one was on the phone.
