63 There was delays getting my car however it was a pleasure working with Cham throughout this process. I have add ons on my car as well in which Teresa was very helpful as she guided me through it. It was a long journey but the car finally arrived!
The customer service was great and on the day, Selin had explained all the itsy bitsy stuff the car has to offer and I have no regrets choosing this.

Diagnostic service here is terrible, and on top of that you have service advisors asking customers to give a 5-star rating so they can get a bonus. Better off going to an independent mechanic or other dealership.
I recently visited the dealership and cannot recommend highly enough. The service was impeccable, the teams knowledge, professionalism and communication cannot be faulted. Nariman & Mo were incredible throughout the whole process. Mo took the time to answer all our questions and followed up post pick up.

Took my car in for a service. They didn’t do a thing. Didn’t change the oil or oil filter. They didn’t do a thing. I wouldn’t recommend mantello Roxburgh Park. They washed the outside and that’s it. I have new warning lights on my dash. I drive a VF SS. I took it elsewhere and paid again to do a full service and my fears were confirmed. Mantello has a reputation of doing this to customers but I took a chance and I will never go back. I am warning you.
Cham the salesman at Martello Holden was very helpful when we were looking for a car for our daughter. Cham was very knowledgeable about the cars he is selling. We ended up buying a Kia Stonic. I bought a Kia Rio end of last year. Louie the manager was great and a lady from the other office. I was dealt by Michael, he rushed me and is impolite. He seemed quite rude trying to deal a car with young people
Really great and high quality service from the salesman Cham. Throughout the whole process he walked us through the pros and cons about the cars we were interested in. He was very knowledgeable and interested on what kind of car I was looking for and made it much easier to buy the car I wanted. He is very easy to communicate to and a great listener as well. Overall it was a excellent experience buying my first new car from Cham. I highly recommend to go to Mantello Motor Group and see Cham about buying a car.

From the moment I walked in I was greeted by salesman Cham who Listened to my needs and showed me a few cars. Cham made me feel like a friend not a sales man very easy to talk to and most importantly he listened. I bought a car and even after the sale Cham helped me through every step and I could call him for any questions I had about the car after the sale (and I did lol). So if your looking to buy - Go see Cham for a new car!
Unfortunately I must question the integrity of the workshop. I have caught them out. Telling me things needed to be replaced when they didn't. Then they told me there was an issue with my car that they didn't realise they had done the work previously. I was sent a questionnaire asking me to provide feed back on the service and when I provided negative feedback I have never had any response. If you do go to this workshop just be aware and question what they tell you that y need done.
Also I see that none of the negative responses on here have a reply.
For anyone wanting to get an honest trade in - after sales service and good Service then you need not look any further. It's the after purchase that always lets down the industry, but not here. For a 65 year old woman to have someone assist and tolerate difficulties is a blessing. I purchased a use car at Roxburgh Park and both Lou Gallo and Michael assisted me with courtesy, respect and friendliness that made me want to buy another car. Michael even took out an added extra that I didn't want by himself - now that's assistance and Lou was tolerant enough to guide me with the difficulties I was having with my bluetooth and radio and help guide me through my dashboard so I could understand the car. Very exceptional assistance by both gentlemen
My Holden Barina was serviced here twice since my three year warranty period ended. After the second service, they called with a long list of repairs that needed to be carried out, totalling around $1500 including the service. “Trust me, ” the man assured. So I paid for the repairs. One of the repairs was something to do with the heating/cooling system. Only a month after the service, my engine light came on. My mother took my car back to them and the same man said we would have to pay $240 just for them to diagnose the problem. He laughed at her when she said she would be taking the car elsewhere. She went to Ultratune and they diagnosed and fixed the problem for $80. It was something to do with the heating system - you’d think that after paying for a full service and a repair to the heating/cooling system, this wouldn’t be an issue. My family and I won’t be coming here again.
