I bought from this dealer 3 cars two times for my self 1 time for my daughter, last time I went to service my car and to do road worthy they said the car need rear suspensions, I said fine still under warranty replace it another 3 months to expire the warranty they said but your Odo is 132k I said it's to 150k they no 132k I said ok don't worry about it tge road worthy just do the service they insist to charge me the road worthy fees with out issue a road worthy certificate you know what get lost you and your service never again
Okay I try to book a car service with them and the issue with my car is leaking water and thats all so I asked them how much the price is. $255 just to diagnose and thats just a rip off! I wonder how much they would fix it for $$$$
Today l inquired about a Hyundai 2017 listed for $3180. The manager calls me and says so when would you like to view? Im thinking to myself wait a min this in a over the phone inquiry? I told him this is an inquiry, l am not a a rush. I asked about the price which he advised its 31k yet it was advertised for $3180 he started saying its common sense you wouldnt get a Hyundai 2017 unless it was in a car accident needing repairs. I was shocked by this manager, How rude! I am making an inquiry if it was a genuine mistake, let the customer know and leave it there not carry on being rude. Very disgusted by this kind of behaviour!
Peter was very friendly, a great salesman and very helpful. He completed my requests without hesitation, definitely recommend him and Mantello motors!
Very happy with my new car
After sales service is horrible. First they messed up the car entirely on my first service had to return 5 times and report it suzuki australia to get the issue rectified.
For another service that was due in April the person stated that they don’t have loan cars because of covid and this is the same reason that was provided 7 months back. No such Rule has been imposed by Australian govt but they use it to get away with it. When they are selling a car they would tell you about the after sales relationship etc but in reality they don’t care. It is unbelievable how they can lie to you on the face and take no responsibility. Wouldn’t recommend to buy another car or get service from them.
Great service by Jesse. Jesse is very knowledgeable and took time to go through every feature to make sure I knew them and felt comfortable with it. He was very polite about my scary braking during a test drive.
Special thanks also to Dee who kept everything moving along for me. Really appreciate it.

If i could put no stars i would. ABSOLUTE SHOCKING CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE TO SERGE IN THE USED CAR SALES MAN ASPECT OF THIS BUSINESS. Serge called me this morning 29/04 and asked me to not make any enquiries on a vehicle they are selling with a very disgusting tone and attitude.dont deal with this place.
Do NOT go there, Just got what is meant to be a New car, Somehow it has 50km's on it now. 3 door trims have been scuffed, Smoke ash in car.the car has been Used or Demoed. Dash cam was disconnected. This is Worse than any Joke.
Left uncleaned fluid on car at driver's side front panel. Car was dirtier than I left it even after accepting complimentary clean with my service.
I booked in for service on Sat, got there and they were closed without any notification. Worst experience ever. Never go there
We just bought our second brand new car in two weeks from Mantello Holden Roxburgh Park. The experience we had with buying our first car from Shaikh was so excellent, we thought “why not get ourselves another one? ” Thank you Shaikh, Jesse, and Steve for a job well done.
Had a service here on Friday and was charged for a pollen/cabin filter i know my car didn’t need as my last one was fitted on November 23. They’re easy to change yourself and behind the glove box. Absolutely opportunistic customer gouging. Make sure you check your list of jobs completed from previous services/repair work against your new lists, you just might find yourself getting ripped off because honesty is a forgotten concept these days.
