Staff were offering service like old days at a petrol station allowing patrons to play pokies while service for food and drinks were waited on felt special and appreciated there effort pitty I didn't win would have made he outing perfect

Been getting my Parma here for years had one yesterday as I was eating it it had a strange taste to it and I f thought to myself it must just be me then had one today it had that same strange taste again then I was thinking what is that strange taste it tastes like there is curry powder in my Parma if so can you please tell me because I won't be getting my Parma there anymore curry powder in my Parma no thanks

The food was ok. But after completing the meal i was quite hungry. The serving size was quite small. I had to rat when I got home

Attended today party of two for Lunch. Meals very good and pricing good value. Staff short, rude and don't smile. Not a welcoming pub. Staff need training on providing a guest experience and even just a smile and a hello.
Overall a really good pub meal, well done kitchen. If front of house staff can change there demeanor then it is 5 stars. I will try again and hopefully it is more friendly.

Menu and food selection is good and tasty and good value. Good wine selection and good atmosphere for meeting up with friends and casual meals.

So good to see this place open again after lock down. Great staff, good pub food and big screens everywhere to watch sport. Recommended highly.

First visit for a while. Except for one waitress, the service is very unprofessional.
The manager even left me standing at the bar waiting to be served whilst he was taking to an employee. The true definition of hospitality seems to have been lost by the wayside.

The chicken parma in the sports club is the best Parma I have ever had and great value for money. It’s juiciness, saucy, cheesy, come with great chips, huge portion size, cheap and comes with a drink. What more could you want.

The rest of the menus is also great value and very tasty.

Great prama’s, excellent portion sizes and weekly deals. Relaxed atmosphere. Overall good pub experience.

Hit or miss, been a couple times, went on Friday last week and it was definitely a miss, food was pretty bad and I'm not one to complain normally. I went before all this COVID stuff and the food was pretty good then.

Rude wait staff and very terrible gluten free food. Ordered a gluten free seafood platter and paid full price. The wait staff brought out my meal with chips and said here is your meal but the chips aren't gluten free and they left off the prawns until I mentioned it. There was no alternative offered to the chips, usually they offer something else. To top it off the seafood servings were tiny, could have got better food at a fish and chip shop. I then mentioned the issue to the waitress and she made up all sorts of excuses rather than apologising

We visited the Malvernvale Hotel 18 months ago for lunch, it was amazing, but due to circumstances we have not been back, just too busy.
However, as soon as this lock down is over, I can't wait to revisit.

Our local pub, great food, beers wines and spirits, we enjoy going to the Steak night on Thursday evenings $20.00 for a lovely steak, chips and salad, excellent customer service, very friendly and accommodating, highly recommended!

With some friends, we enjoy lunch at the Malvernvale frequently. The dining room is well appointed, very friendly staff, and great food.
Only disappointment is there is no light beer on tap.

Stopped in for lunch just passing by in the middle of the week. Lovely place and the food was delicious. We decided to get some "starters and light meals" as it was lunch time - but don't be fooled, the "light' meals were a very generous size and we ended up very full and satisfied for an extremely reasonable price. We will be coming here again.

I love the layout of this establishment. It has a lovely vibe and the staff are very efficient. Has what you want from a pub/club in the heart of Malvern. Will definitely be coming back!

The staff were very good. Busy night good service and food. The host showing us to the table excellent.

A great suburban pub for everyone. Great food and beverages. Lovely indoor and outdoor bars. Live sports. Cat park at the rear. All round this is a very good pub.

Really good, i was pleasantly surprised. Had a good feel, staff nice enough and my beetroot sslad verrrrry tasty! Oh and clean toilets too YaY
