Whether pure cheeses or toasties.they have it more than covered.
1. Order toastie (Fondue Special of course.please! Shout out to Gary’s Meats, quality Xmas hams Gary. OMG don’t get me started!)
2. Whilst toasting choose your weekly cheese needs
3. Receive cheese
4. Receive toastie
5. Eat toastie on route home
6. Home
Can’t beat it. It’s just that simple.

This is a must visit for anyone in Melbourne, the staff can match and pair cheeses for special occasions. Even offer great advice on what wines or drinks will go best to get the most out of every option. While there why not try the Pimento toasty! Its truly incredible, but only if you enjoy the spice of life. (it's got kick)
Great work guys.

Great selection of cheese from around the world with knowledgeable staff. If you don't want to talk cheese then just grab a cheese toasty, they are amazing

Vegan toastie was soooooo damn delicious, I had high expectations and it was way better than imagined. Our food came out quick even though they were very busy and the warm apple cider was perfect for a cold day. Wish the vegan toastie were a permanent option!

Cheesemonger specialising in French and British cheeses, who supplement their cheese sales by selling killer toasted cheese sandwiches. The selection of cheeses is small but very carefully curated, including some that they have been the first to import to Australia. Highlights include Beaufort, Brillat Savarin, Cabot Cheddar, Carles Roquefort, Colston Bassett Stilton, First König, Montgomery's Cheddar, Ossau Iraty, and Tunworth British white bloom cheese. The sandwiches are as good as you could wish for, and there is usually a queue of people waiting to buy them to eat at the adjacent tables. Located in the main hall in Prahran Market.

Great toasties, so damn tasty! Shame about the staff, we must have caught them on an off day. Everyone (including the owner) came across grouchy and rude, slashing items off the menu left right and centre.

Staff were very helpful explaining what was what.
Me and my wife had the 'all American & pimento, fell in love with the place straight away!
A shame it's only in Melbourne: (

The tastiest grilled cheese sandwiches we have ever tasted. The Fondue is definitely a favourite.
To accompany the toasted cheese offering is a great cheese selection with friendly staff ready to help find the perfect cheese.
