Taylor and Chrissy and Anne Marie are so beautiful and the most accommodating bartenders I’ve ever met! So much effort and detail put in to their work! I love them!

Had a function upstairs and it was fantastic. Staff were friendly and the food was amazing. The use of the two rooms was also handy as you could move into a more quiet space if you wanted to.

We had our social networking function last night upstairs at Maeve Fox and it was a great success! The functions manager was so friendly, helpful and accommodating to all our needs before the event, making it a really easy process to organise. The staff on the night were great too, the location has lots of public transport links and the bar itself is cool and chic.

I just had my workplace christmas party here. A cocktail making course. Best Christmas party ever!

I recently had my 30th at Maeve Fox and they were brilliant! From the first meeting to the actual night - the staff were professional and friendly. The food was great and the space was perfect. I can't recommend them highly enough!

Locals looked after 7 days a week, cocktails rock, always has a drink special or two on different days of the week! The Bar snack dumplings are some of the best dumplings I’ve had in Melbourne!

We booked a work function here a while ago which was flawless, and I’ve been coming back here ever since.

Ps. They never forget your birthday either once you’ve become a local member.

Great little bar, and the function room upstairs is a prefect space for a smallish group. Zoe was amazing organising everything for us, and the team on the night were superb, serving really nice food and looking after us. Thank you!

I had my 21st at Maeve Fox and had the most amazing experience from start to end. The events manager Zoe was helpful, flexible and very knowledgeable when assisting us with planning the event and the staff on the night were friendly, professional and very efficient! I would recommend Maeve Fox to anyone wanting to have a stress free and fun night with the backdrop of a beautiful venue overlooking the city!

Staff very knowledgeable and great at the simple stuff like slinging a VLS or VLC but also can do complex cocktails. Venue always very clean and rearly d**kheads in the Bar.favorite night for me is Sundays Half Price drinks!

I just celebrated my 40 th birthday ‘Flashy and Forty’ last Sunday night at the beautiful Maeve Fox function in the upstairs space. I would like to have a big shout to Teash and Simon and team for making my 40th event so special.
Everyone enjoyed the delicious catering and they kept complimenting on the variety of food that covered all dietary requirements. Both spaces we effective so if people wanted to move away from the bar area where music was playing they could go into the lounge area which allowed for more conversations. Thank you also to Zoe the event manager who was extremely organised and showed great professionalism and support over last few months in making the event a success.
A very enjoyable night had by all.

Had our going away party here and the service and function space were both excellent. Quite private which is a nice feel and the view is very unique to Richmond.

We hired upstairs for a 40th birthday. The food was excellent. Our bar tab lasted a very long time. The staff were helpful and friendly. The sound system was very good.
Organising the function was easy. We appreciated being able to walk in with a minimum of fuss and party!

Hi, I'd like to say how delighted we were with the Maeve Fox upstairs private function area for my 60th birthday party on Saturday night 18th May. Zoe was fantastic to communicate with in the organisation of the event, from arranging viewing of the venue to organising the choice of food, drinks, music, balloons and photos. The two rooms - bar area and the elegant sitting room worked very well indeed for our group of about 60 people. It allowed people to enjoy dancing in the bar area where a DJ set up, but also allowed people to relax and talk easily in the sitting room. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The bar area itself has a great atmosphere with windows offering city views. The toilets were very clean and there was an area for hanging coats. We uploaded some photos on dropbox which were shown continuously on a screen in the bar room. Last but not least of course, the food! It was delicious - plenty of variety and quality. Also the quality of the alcohol on offer was very good and reasonably priced. So a big thank you from my husband and I again to the staff for helping to make the occasion a great success! A great venue And a great vibe! My daughter’s 21st party was a great success at Maeve Fox! I would highly recommend this venue for a stressfree, enjoyable function. The staff were so friendly and welcoming - Zoe, Simon, Will and Tesha looked after us so beautifully, making sure we were comfortable, happy, well fed and watered. The food was fantastic - really delicious and catered to our gluten free and vegan guests - everyone was full. The rooms had a lovely atmosphere and comfy seating for those that needed it. Thank you Maeve Fox for a terrific night of celebration!

We had our engagement party here and the evening was incredible!
Simon and John were both very helpful from the start and were able to easily answer all of my many questions and requests!
The food was an absolute highlight of the evening and no one left hungry. The staff were also excellent and Sarah made sure our event ran smoothly.
I can't recommend Maeve Fox highly enough!

A great bar for drinks and dinner food. They have a few excellent function spaces to hire out. I have both attended and held functions here and all have been fantastic with excellent finger food provided. The staff are friendly and the feel of the bar is more up market than what it may appear on the outside.

Hosted our daughters 21st in the upstairs room July/18.
From the first contact Simon was efficient and communication was prompt. Suggestions regarding food was spot on (may I add the canapés were delicious and several guests remarked on how good they were). Plenty of good wines and beers to choose from to set up our bar tab.
We tended to follow Simons recommendations regarding timing of speeches, cutting cake etc. The night flowed. The space was more than large enough for our 80 guests. Staff extremely helpful and friendly.
No hesitation in recommending Maeve Fox.
Would certainly host another function here.
