These guys have always been amazing. Great holidays. Good deals. Well presented also. Recently had some issues with the COVID pandemic, and had to cancel a booking.twice. Eventually, was able to get a credit to use down the track. Thanks Kat for your very prompt and helpful service sorting this out.
Will continue using and recommending to friends.

We booked an escape to a Melbourne hotel that included valet parking. When we arrived we had to wait 45 minutes to valet our car and 75 minutes to check in. We complained to the hotel and they tried to give us a bottle of wine we were already getting. Eventually they gave us $80 food credit.

I contacted Hamish at Luxury Escapes as I did not feel this was a hotel they should be dealing with. I was not seeking further compensation.

Hamish was wonderful. He organised a $100 credit from Luxury Escapes because of problems. He also contacted the hotel himself and negotiated an big upgraded room if we book a basic room.

Our second dealing with them was when we booked a place interstate. We knew the hotel we wanted but accidentally booked the companies apartment instead of the hotel. We contacted Hamish and he sorted it all out. Got us into the room we wanted and even saved us $50.

I would recommend them to anyone and thank them for being so helpful.

The support team at Luxury Escapes have been really helpful when we've needed to make changes to our bookings when our plans have changed. We needed to move a booking and while there wasn't availability on the site, they contacted the hotel and found another weekend for us.

I’ve never had issues with LE before but giving 1 star in the hope of some action. I was just on hold for 1hr and 38mins to only be disconnected when I got to the front of the queue. I currently have accommodation that I want to book however every single date is booked out. This is very disappointing as I’d booked this as an anniversary gift, but now I don’t even know whether we can use it since there are no dates available. There were plenty of dates available two weeks ago when I checked. Seems a bit suspicious and I’d really like for LE to honour my purchase by booking the dates I want. My booking ID is OKTN0T.

Thanks for helping me out the last few days. I had to postpone my trip due to illness the day before i was due to fly out. Today i re-booked for November and i am getting the same amazing package. Such a fast and efficient company to deal with. Bring on November and an amazing holiday.

Had to cancel my booking twice due to Covid-19 and had no problems at all. Kat helped all the way and got a great outcome. Thanks heaps to Kat and the Luxury Escapes team. I have had a few holiday packages now and will have many more in the future.

Had difficulties booking on line due to non corresponding airlines. Rang luxury escapes and they fixed the problem without any problem and found airline to suit our dates. Very pleasant to deal with.
