I asked a question about accessible features during my forthcoming Luxury Escape to Bali. Kelsey F responded immediately to say she would follow up with the property. I then received a phone call to say she was waiting on an answer. When that was received by Kelsey, another email came followed by a phone call and action from the property. I was so very impressed with this customer service. Kelsey went beyond my expectations. It was a higher level of service than I have ever received from a booking agency.

Emily H provided me with exceptional service today. Her patient and clear explanations were much appreciated. My interaction with Emily most certainly defines my long term association with Luxury Escapes, each and every experience has been exceptional. Emily H however went above and beyond. If you ever need any help at Luxury Escapes I really hope you end up talking to the lovely Mitch R. He has been the most wonderful customer service rep and I cannot express how incredibly nice he is. I would use Luxury Escapes 1000 times if I dealt with someone like Mitch every time.

Great service from Hannah E, help us sort out a definitely not easy change from our purchased deal, we changed room type and date to be there with our friends, Hannah showed true caring for customer need, and give prompt follow up on progress with an amazing outcome, happy customer here, appreciate!

After visiting a travel agent, I decided to book myself through the Luxury Escapes website, saving a considerable sum of money, in doing so I also messed up my return flights, had to call the Luxury Escapes helpline and spoke to Jennifer, who promptly assisted me. I received a confirmation email immediately with the updated return flights. Just looking forward to our holiday now.

Had an issue with my booking and had no joy speaking directly with the hotel so contacted the LE Platinum customer support line. Jamie L said she would contact the hotel and I have just received confirmation from the hotel that the issue has been resolved - 100% satisfied with the result and support from Jamie.

I had the lovely pleasure of dealing with Vynka, who was extremely helpful when I was looking at high tea experiences, she was kind, very knowledgable and her customer service skills were the best I have dealt with in years. I needed to contact Luxury Escapes to complete a booking today. I requested a call-back due to the long wait time. Gavin S called back & was able to resolve my issue without passing me through to a booking team member (who weren't available).
