Very difficult to deal with flight support team and no one really care and follow up.
I am going to overseas in 5 business days, can someone please contact me back in relation to my flight ticket update urgently and give me an answer.
I have emailed and request call back multiple times in the last few weeks and still Luxury Escapes dose not know the answer.

Hotel was excellent but it was the staff that made it 5 star, their professionalism added with their helpfulness and friendly manner was outstanding

My husband and myself have used Luxury Escapes to travel quite a few times in the past and have always found the accommodation to be of the highest standard. Another reason we like to use them is the fantastic customer service that they provide and you always feel like they go the extra mile for you and my latest dealings with them have only confirmed that. I have has a very traumatic past ten months having had to care for my father who had a major stroke and then having to deal with the passing of my brother. My husband and myself decided we needed to book a couple of holidays to ensure we has some rest and time to relax and get over what we had been through. After booking my breaks I realised that one of them fell on dates that my husband had already committed to a work contract and so contacted Luxury Escapes to cancel my original booking and then hopefully re arrange new dates. After cancelling my accommodation I needed to either cancel or re schedule my flights. I was contacted by Alex a lovely man from Luxury Escapes flights and we corresponded by email on what I needed. As I was still in quite a confused state I gave Alex my other flight numbers from another Luxury Escapes holiday and asked him to cancel them instead of the ones I really needed to cancel. This is when Alex went above and beyond his customer service role. When we found out my mistake he sorted out everything for me, keeping me up to date with what he was doing and emailed me and phoned me to ensure I was fine with everything. I was getting quite anxious thinking I had messed up but Alex was so very calm, kind and efficient in the way he handled everything for me. I always give credit when it is due for great customer service and Luxury Escapes is very fortunate to have an employee like Alex working for them. He has ensured with his caring manner that I will continue to use Luxury Escapes for my future holidays. Thank you so much Alex

ZERO customer service, purchased a experience on the 15th May 2022 received email stating a voucher will be sent by separate email, but still nothing. Opened a complaint as you cant ring luxury escapes due to lines being busy instead opened a online complaint (case number 02539399) on the 30th May and to date still no reply. The only thing that's happened is they have taken my money for this experience. When if ever will I hear back from this company?

Desperately trying to rebook Flights for a trip this weekend. Called yesterday requesting a callback and no one called back. Called again today and waited 5 hours in the que just be hung up on.

I want to share with you the exceptional service I received from Luxury Escapes, and more importantly from Christine M. Truly first class. Also to the team at Bannisters Mollymook.
I came down with Covid 2 days before we were to check in. I rang Luxury Escapes and Christine M couldn’t have been more helpful. She got on to Bannisters, kept me informed as to what was going on then rang me twice this morning to inform me they had been able to change dates and the money we had paid for a great holiday and Rick Stein dinners was not wasted.

Many thanks Christine M and the team at Bannisters, you help makes my suffering easier (well not really but much appreciated).

Terrible experience! I want to change my flight and have had no response to an email I sent over 1.5 weeks ago, and now I can’t even even to speak to anyone on the phone about it. They will apparently call me back. Not worth the hassle

The last 4 digits of my booking number is EGC5. You should be find with my name

Do not use this service. I signed into my luxury escape account to double check my honeymoon booking in a few days and my accomodation had been cancelled! No email to let me know, no refund issued, now a giant headache before our wedding. Don't bother calling their customer service either, you'll be placed 750 in line and never get a call back. They are also terrible at responding to emails. Now I have no idea if we'll ever get our money back either.

Recently re-booked our cancelled holiday from 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic, couldn't have been more happy with the outcome of this as Rebecca has been professional and prompt throughout, the whole process has been seamless. Jackie and Clark were also great to liaise with on other occasions, appreciate your help and efforts on this.

We just called Luxury escapes as our plans had changed due to COVID and we are trying to rebook our original 5 nights accom we had already paid for. The luxury escapes agent said that he could do only offer 4 nights and refused to refund the 5th night. He then laughed at us at the thought of asking for a refund and he seems to be enjoying patronising us with his lack of customer care or service. Luxury escapes have bounced us between the hotel and expedia and not taken any ownership of holding on to our booking and funds and really do not care. They just laugh at you when you call and ask for help. Luxury escapes - you should be ashamed of what you have done and are doing to your customers who trusted you and you have walked away with their money and laugh at those who call you for help. My partner is really upset after the call is in tears. Is this how you continue to deal with your customers who have prepaid you for their vacation?
You have absolutely walked all the way to the bank with everyone’s money without any duty of care. Shame on you…you do not offer competitive rates or offers - just a shameful way of ripping people off. We will never be dealing with you again and will be telling everyone to keep away from you.

Due to Uncertain situations of our time I have had to adjust my overseas holiday and found it such a pleasant experience dealing with Luxury Escapes. No request was ever too much for them to adjust following through to accommodate to our new changes. I will definitely be using this service ongoing for all my trips

The consistently good level of customer care provided by Luxury Escapes has given me the confidence to make bookings for 2022, despite the continuing uncertainty. Given the level of enquiries and changes no doubt required, response times are good and things are usually solved on the first attempt.
