The table is lovely. I cannot fault it. The wait time was 7 months! Clearly I would not have ordered if I was told it could take that long. Every time I contacted them I got another excuse. I really don’t care if they “come from a family of lawyers”. The customer service and communication was extremely poor. I couldn’t ever order from them again after this experience and obviously could not recommend based on my experience. The table is lovely I have to credit them for that.

Incredibly disappointed with the service and quality of products from this company. Customer service was terrible, quality incredibly poor (had to send the table back as it bent, console doors didn’t close and internals weren’t sanded at all). Overall 18 months later we have spent a significant amount of money and have nothing like the furniture we were hoping for. This has created huge issues for us and we ended up even having to lodge a formal complaint in order to get any information from Matt or Angelique.

I purchased a console table off Matt and Angelique I had seen on their instagram page prior to Christmas and was extremely impressed with the quality and quick delivery. I was so happy with the product I contacted them again to ask them if they could make me a coffee table that would match my existing dining table. I sent through some photos and they were more than happy to help me out. I am so happy with the finished product. Matt and Angelique are great to deal with. Highly recommend. Thanks guys

Bought a console from Matt and Angelique. Sturdy construction, solid wood. Quick to respond, friendly and professional. Matt was very informative and transparent with his work. Highly recommend.

We ordered two tables with Lumber Furniture In February 2022. The items were due to be delivered in May 22. Despite our repeated requests, they have only just been delivered at the end of January 2023. Communication about the delay was unreliable, and at times unprofessional and hostile. We were instructed we 'should have read the fine print on our invoice' when we finally drew the line and stated the items had to be delivered in a timely manner. The quality of the finish on the dining table is as we expected. The second table has a rough surface with many holes and pits in the finish. We will need to sand and do additional resin works on this table so that it can be used without having the holes fill with dirt. We do not recommend this company.

Angelique and Matt were outstanding to deal with! They were extremely responsive- even called us late one Sunday afternoon to answer our questions! They updated us with photos and emails showing us how our table was progressing when it was being made. They organised delivery. Their service and product is exceptional! We are so happy with our table! It’s high quality and the first thing people comment on when they walk into our newly renovated house! We can’t wait to use it over Christmas! Thank you Angelique and Matt! We will call on you next time we need timber furniture!

Great customer experience with Matt at Lumber furniture. Found a great coffee table and within a few minutes it was assembled polished and in the back of our car all at a reasonable price.

Had a consultation with Matt today to discuss purchasing a dining table for our not yet built home. Was very helpful with organising a future date for the table to be ready by, he was very understanding and accommodating to our needs.
