Should've shopped around. $27.50 to stitch Velcro onto a jacket I supplied. Had the same thing done again today at alteration service Southern Cross station for just $12.00. $15.50 profit and you try to gain my repeat business with a voucher for $10 off next time? (Valid only for a month).

After asking a number of alternation places to help me rework some denim jeans, Elena at the Melbourne Central store was more than happy to complete my request. The quality of the work is great and the price was very reasonable for what I was after. I will definitely be going back there for any other alterations I need.
Friendly, well priced and good service. The option I chose would have created 2 visible seams but they managed to make the change without creating any visible new seams, so I'm very happy with the result.

$32 to shorten an $8 skirt. I was in shock and paid it, but I regret taking it here.
Edit: Looksmart Alterations called me from a mobile number after I left this review and proceeded to abuse me. I hung up and they kept calling. What the hell! Avoid this place unless you want to be yelled at after they've stolen your money.
