I'm not happy with this. I think my coat is dirty than before send it for cleaning. No words to explain but you can see this one

They were able to dry clean my clothes as promised. Unfortunately, some clothes were left at the shop which made me worried if it got lost in their shop. The good thing was, staff was able to assist me ASAP when I noticed some garments were not in what they have given me.

The ladies did very good work on tailoring a heavy duty leather jacket of mine. Lovely people and reliable.

This is a late review but back in January I took my dress to get it altered here during the last hour of their closing time. It was for my dress that was too long and also needed securing at the cleavage area. Although I wish the price was a better deal for me, I cannot dismiss their kindness in doing an amazing job with my dress and their speedy service. I returned just before they closed up and everything was finalised and ready for me to take back home. Very reliable service.

Amazing work done replacing an elasticised waist on a denim skirt! This was a time consuming task, further complicated with replacement elastic difficult to source. The stitch work is excellent and the job fairly priced.

Very professional tailoring, every time the shop owner patiently changed the waist of each of my clothes to fit. This is a very time-consuming and tedious task.

I got 2 pants of different materials hemmed. One of their technicians helped me to find the perfect length for each.

Turn around time was very quick and I was surprised at how low the cost was. Pants look great. Would recommend!

One the Seamstresses who work here achieved the impossible for me. Her name is Cham, and I will recommend her to anyone I know who needs an alteration. I thought I would never find someone who could do it, but she let my dress out not one but two sizes! She is amazing and went above and beyond for me when others had said it would be too hard to do. I used Looksmart Alterations to alter an athletics body suit. The material of the suit is a stretchy compression type nylon. I was a little worried as it is an extremely rare piece of clothing, but Fiona made the process very worry and stress free. The result of the alteration was like brand new. Zero imperfections. I couldn’t of asked for a better alteration and service.
I will be using Looksmart Alterations again!

Incredible work from the Melbourne Central Looksmart Alterations team. I bought a dress for my graduation a size too big and requested if they could alter it to fit me better. The dress was long and covered in sequins and I worried if it might be too complicated to work with in such a short period of time. Picking it up the night before my grad however, I breathed a sigh of relief and an exhale of amazement at their work. The dress now fit me perfectly and the workmanship was flawless, unable to detect where they'd altered anything and looking perfect as if off the rack. I'm so grateful to the team and would highly recommend them to anyone.

One of the best clothes repair shops I've ever seen. They were always friendly and satisfied all my requests, even though it was a bit difficult at times, they fixed my clothes perfectly. No matter how difficult your request is, they will fix it perfectly. I will definitely recommend this place to my friends.

All my clothes and skirts have been modified here. The modifications are very good and they fit me well.

I took 3 pieces of clothing to be altered here and was met with fantastic and friendly service. Liz? Listened carefully to my requests and when I picked my clothes up later in the day (fast service!) I was super impressed with the quality of work and attention to detail done by the seamstress!

I cannot recommend Cham and the team enough! They pretty much pulled apart a pair of new jeans that had uneven inseams and and put them back together even better than when I purchased them. They have done many alterations for me with brilliant results everytime and are reasonably priced. Definitely go see them if you are in the CBD!
