The owner of this place is lovely. The staff are good and work hard. Quality is average but gets the job done.

They ruined my new trousers, after spending hours of shopping to find and choose the right pair, they cut the trousers too short and I look funny wearing them. Can't express my anger enough for the time and money wasted.

Had my suit pants fixed here. Was told ready in 1 hour, came back 4 hours later the guy said he forgot about them. Poor customer service

Really rude service. If you want to be body shamed then this is your place. Really bad communication and even after saying “if this still doesn’t fit you, come back and we will do it again for free” to which I had to actually come back and get it refitted, I was more than happy to pay for it. Instead I was greeted with an angry woman saying it was all my fault and started insinuating that I was fat. Really terrible place and should of looked at the reviews because their terrible service really reflects their equally terrible reviews. AVOID THIS PLACE

This place is amazing! They fixed what I thought was an unfixable leather jacket. So happy! Also very reasonably priced!

Great quality work. They said 3 hours but I requested 1 hour they got it done in 45 mins and called me. They shortened my jeans looking like the originals. Highly recommend this shop! Sera was very hospitable

I think the owners has been changed, very bad finish this time. I have to go for another shop redo the alterations again and pay double price than it should be.

I took my partners newly bought Jack London suit here for alterations and they were able to efficiently complete the tailoring with added great service. We were in and out with ease. The alterations were finished by the time we finished our lunch.

Worse and over priced alterations i have ever had done!
I asked to have the bust area of a play suit taken in. The lady took it in at the shoulders, on trying it on at first it was okay.
It wasn't until i put it on again, that i went to sit in it. I realised that it wasn't even and due to them taking it in at the shoulders it had created extra material in the bust area.
I went back and showed them the mistake they had done. I found them rude and they didn't want to listen to me. They then told me for them to fix it, it would cost me more.
Now i have a playsuit that is worse than when i first went in
I am so unhappy with this service.

Had two pairs of pants taken in, one of them given new elastic. The one that was given new elastic was barely improved and the adjustments on both lasted about two weeks.

I was told that my dress alteration will be ready by 7PM the next day, and when I got here, my dress is not ready. Never trust these people! And will definitely not come back!

Looksmart Emporium did a nice job taking up my suit pants. In the end though, I wasn't happy with the length (this can be difficult to get right on slim-cut styles, so perhaps a conversation on 'full break', half break' or 'no break' preferences would have been helpful at the time). However, they made the adjustment a few days later while I waited, at no charge and with no questions or complaints. This gives me confidence to go back.

They refunded me for losing my garments and yelled at me on the phone for giving them a "bad" review (stating that they lost my garments).

They do the job at a reasonable price (for me its hemming up pnats legs usually) but they arent the friendliest staff: (
I like the tailor to give me advice.like, an I making a huge fashion mistake with the hem length I've chosen? , but here they are a bit "robotic" in their responses.
There are quite a few of these alterations stores around - some are assocaited with (or located within) department stores so shop around to find the one you feel most comfortable with

Poor service, bad communication, extremely hard to understand over the phone. There are plenty of other choices nearby. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

That old dark hair Vietnamese WOMAN acting as MANAGER standing at the front counter of this branch is very much UNHELPFUL and UNFRIENDLY. She just wasted my time coming to talk with her. I would NOT want to be her customer. BAD BAD SERVICE.

Terrible tailoring! Just don't go there! They have ruined pants and argued with me with offensive altitude!
