The service stood out as exceptional, followed closely by a delicious meal.

I wish I asked the fellow behind the bar that was in charge his name so I could highlight his efforts personally. He was exceptional at his job - found us a spot, made good recommendations, and made sure we were happy. What more could you ask for? !

Having visited Longrain restaurant several times, I can confidently say that the food has never disappointed me.
One standout dish that I highly recommend is the "eggnet" which not only impresses with its presentation but also delivers on taste. Another highlight at Longrain is the crispy whole fish. The perfectly cooked fish with its crispy exterior is a testament to the kitchen's skill.

The food and service was excellent. And the service by Mia was too of the range she does an excellent job.

Cocktail ok but food is not authentic Thai, more like westernised Asian fusion, a bit disappointed given the price and review

I came and had lunch on the 20th of dec with my husband, went to pay the bill it came to $170 for our meals, i used my efpos card, i was told there will be a surcharge i said fine, when i looked at my receipt $19 was taken out as an unauthorised tip, and $2.32 was taken as a surcharge. My advice is to check your bill before you pay because these guys seem to be tipping themselves as they please.

It may not be a good choice for people with strict dietary requirements. I could not have spicy food and already asked whether they could substitute. The restaurant only provided a green tomato and green papaya salads with steam rice shared with friends for the $90 banquet menu. The taste was just fine, but the price was definitely excessive.

Been a number of times now. Wish we'd discovered it earlier and had years of pleasure from it. The food is always excellent. We have not had a bad dish. The service is consistently good: not in your face, efficient and sufficiently attentive. But it is always noisy, not the place to go if you have any hearing issues.

What a sneaky way doing business. These people never tell you during the booking process that you wont get a place in the chosen restaurant instead it books you somewhere miles away into another of their eateries. We ended up in Northcote. First and last time we will spend our dollars at any of their restaurants. Shame on you.

The venue itself and service was great however the food was not worth the price point. The pork belly being the exception.

First time here would definitely return, food was thai influenced and divine, is in higher price bracket but well worth a visit.

Patchy service but awesome food and drinks. Still a place to visit even if it's like your gran that has been around for ages. I've been for drinks, desert and a banquet meal on different occasions. Consistently good.

The service is exceptional and welcoming right from the entrance, the servers friendly and professional, the food delectable, presentation spot on, portions just right, and ambiance soft and elegant! Loved it!

Never had proper Thai food before and this place delivered well. Enough non-spicy or really mild-spicy food. Excellent, friendly service.
Especially liked the ice cream, the milk tea and mango & ginger were special.

The service was probably the best I've received ever. Fin took care of our table exceptionally well and we seriously appreciated his effort! He was great:) The food and drinks were perfect too, we had an amazing time. Definitely worth every penny

Beautiful food, very flavoursome, equal par to real Thai food in Thailand. Only downside, large groups having to order banquet not enough food to go around, all complained they left hungry. Would definitely return though

Outstanding service. We order the signatire crispy fish and the waitress advised sold out. It was Sunday night. My wife only eats fish and was so disappointed. We had traveled all tthe way from Sydney to enjoy Longraine as Sydney has closed. The mamager went out of his way and searched the local restaurants and ffound fish to cook for my wife. The food was impeccable and service to match.

We had a great meal there and the staff was awesome. Came recommended through the Quantas inflight magazine. Glad we came.

The food were simply but good not too bad. However, it’s a bit average for me compared to others Thai fine dining. Nothing wow for food, but the atmosphere and services were amazing.
