49Friendly and knowledgeable staff, the only thing was we bought for Chinese New Year celebrations and they had last year's animal - had the dog not the pig. I found this not culturally respectful.
If your looking for a costume then this is the place to come yo its got everything. With friendly helpful staff, who sometimes dress up in costumes themselves. Recommended
Terrible place, they gave us old and the wrong colour balloons. As soon as I walked out of the store two balloons popped! And it’s the next day now and all of them have popped! So upset!
Party supply central. Customer service lacks a bit, who cares with such a great range of product.
Great place to shop for a party. Fantastic party stuff, friendly and helpful staff. Sunday delivery was perfect and exactly on time and they did price match as well.
Plenty of party and costume items and not that expensive. Used to have a dedicated costume shop at the back, this has since left which is a pity.
Disappointed to say the least, staff is not interested to help, massivly inflated prices. The place looks sad despite all the fun stuff it offers. I will be ordering on line.

Great variety for themed parties - we always have fun browsing for ideas and novelty decorations. Not cheap though, so we only get the themed items/costumes here and go elsewhere for the basic party supplies.
