Bought some helium balloons. Wasn’t told they would only last 10-12 hours. Wasn’t offered the longer-lasting “Gel” option either.
Went back to the store today. Couldn’t get a refund or credit on the purchase.
Extremely disappointed. Poor customer service.

A fantastic party supplies store. The staff go out of their way to help. Can be pricey but that is more about the range of things you can buy (ie. You can go a bit nuts here)

I tried to place an order for balloons for my sons birthday.
I called the store directly early morning to order balloons and the assistant said that I needed to email the store.
I emailed my request and did not receive a reply.
No reply and no balloons.
Extremely poor customer service.

I tried to order balloons today for delivery, but the website directed me to call the store. When I did call I was told that I needed to email my order through - I tried to explain that the website said that I could call but the lady on the phone said they were overwhelmed with email orders and asked me to send an email. I was told that they would get back to me. I emailed my order through this morning and didn’t hear anything back. So now I have no balloons, no idea if anyone has seen my order and my gift is now late.

As expected from a Lombard store, this store definitely has everything you need for a party! Staff are friendly and helpful.

A good variety of party, events and dancing accessories. The prices are also very reasonable and the staff are very helpful and friendly. There is also a lot of parking spaces around and the store is pretty big.

Very bad service. Second time we go there and there are a bunch of girls chatting to each other and we waiting for service. This last time they saw us and kept talking and pretending we weren't there.

Fantastic friendly staff always willing to help out. Huge range and great prices. Extensive range of costumes. Made my daughters day by giving her a free balloon as we left.

Alison who I dealt with regarding a balloon order was the opposite of helpful & was extremely rude. She stuffed up my order but I seriously couldn't be bothered to argue about it. I couldn't have been any more clear with my needs but she knew better & spoke over me constantly. Going elsewhere next time I need balloons. My husband even said to me that only because it was for our daughter I would've normally told them to 'get knotted'.

Very helpful staff who assisted me with decorating the nursing home for my fathers 88th birthday celebrations. They have everything you need. Easy access, parking and open Sundays.

Product was faulty & still made me pay. Staff said they'll get back to me after discussing with manager, but never contacted me back!

Helpful staff with a ‘can do’ attitude. Good range onsite and product can be easily ordered with prompt delivery.

Lots of party products to choose from and friendly staff to help you out. Got a pink helium balloon for my little sister's birthday. She loved it.

Staff unhelpful and dismissive. I ended up walking out and going else where to purchase helium balloons etc.

I ordered some balloon displays for a work event at the Kooyong Tennis Centre yesterday. They were delivered on time and without a hitch and looked absolutely amazing. The colours were perfect and beautifully assembled. Thank so you much for being so helpful and lovely.

My one stop shop for Halloween decorations every year! Store always looks amazing, and staff must have the best time working there

We get balloons here for everyone in the family on their birthday. The balloons always last longer than expected and they have a huge range.

I went to buy a Halloween costume about a month ago, and although I couldn't find the right size and left the shop, I'll still give 5 stars for all the cool items you have! Perfect place to buy all your party decorations, cosplay outfits and dance shoes. My friend and I enjoyed exploring the shop, we thought the Halloween deco were spooktacular!
