Lombard the Paper People

I was in the store on the weekend and I could see how busy they were with very little staff. They more than happy to do my balloons and I was happy to wait as its not their fault for my lack organisation and they squeezed me in as soon as they possibly could which was more than I expected in this time of year and such a busy day. Wouldn't go anywhere else for my party needs!

Very disappointed with customer service walked in to purchase 1 balloon to be filled with helium and was advised there was an hour wait …. Really off to Big W where they will kindly do it on the spot!

The staff at Lombard are very helpful. They do helium balloons and all things birthday party and kid's costumes related. The store is huge. We will be back again soon. Thank you for helping me to get our balloons sorted when other places had run out of helium.

I like to shop at Lombard for all my party needs, theme based items and balloons. The store has a good collection however their stock can run really low at times. Recently I bought some party favor boxes, excellent quality but limited stock!

Always double check the prices of individual items. I was charged $44.92 for a (500ml bottle of sanitiser (actual price was $2.99!). It was refunded when i pointed that out. Also the staff could have been more helpful and respectful, rather than being rude to the Customers when they hand the final arrangements over to the Customers.

This store is great! Spoilt for choice in such a large store. Love my visits here, the staff are always lovely and helpful. You have to check this place out during Halloween. SO cool with their decorating! Always a very exciting and fun store to shop at! Highly recommend!

Went here for balloons for our event! Make sure you can fit the balloons in your car before getting them. Also the balloons are prone to pop on a warm day

Went in and got some balloons for my in law, lay out was fantastic, the girl who served me was only new as need a little help which is fine, went over to get the balloons filled, the girl filling them no smile, very I don't know like a hurry up attitude, none of the girls smiled even when I was up beat when I left saying thanks heaps the two of them say yep or yer it was one word, loved the shop but not the service, one girl even walked past while I was looking for what I wanted and no can I help U nothing,

It supposed to be an amazing store for party goods. However, most of the staff are unfriendly most of time unfortunately. Make you feel scared to talk to them and ask for help!

We purchased the deluxe balloon garland to be delivered to a restaurant in Southbank and I could not be happier with their service or the product. I was so happy with everything, and they delivered on time and sent a text to confirm it. They also sent a text the next day when they returned to collect the frame.
Just remember to call them after the event to generate the refund in your holding deposit.

Picked up an early Halloween item with my Son. The staff member (Pearl I believe) helped me on the phone, put an item aside, and served us when we arrived next day for pickup. Friendly and efficient service.

One of their older looking stores but packed to the rafters. A huge selection of costumes also a dance studio clothing department?
They were out of helium gas when we were there which was a little disappointing.
Also don't buy the packaged candy/ snacks here. You'll find them cheaper at Kmart

Unfriendly staff and ignore customers. Ruined my vibe that I try to prepare party for my grandmother.you better go to spotlight or big W you to help you with a good positive attitude and feel welcoming. Staffs here not rude but totally unfriendly for party tools store like this.perhaps they have a bad days and my bad luck

Much bad experience! The employees here have a racist. The first thing I did when I entered the store was that the staff asked me to pick up the scissors from the floor for her, but the scissors were not droped on the floor by me instead of the previous staff. The more important thing is that the scissors are right in front of the counter and she is standing there waiting for me to pick them up for her. Then, before I could finish my request, she went back to the cashier and waited for me to check out. And she got my order wrong because she didn't take my request seriously. So I had to spend more time and money on it the next day.

I was very impressed with the helpful service I received from Taj when I was in your store on Friday 22nd April 2022. I was looking for a stormtrooper balloon for my grandsons 12th birthday. Taj gave me some helpful suggestions (as there wasn't any large storm trooper balloons) I purchased a great brunch of smaller stormtrooper balloons attached to a happy 12th birthday one.
Something I wouldn't have thought of doing.

We get balloons here for everyone in the family on their birthday. The balloons always last longer than expected and they have a huge range. Also have lots of platters, paper plates, bowls and cups, plastic cutlery, cake stands and a big costume section.

We ordered a gender reveal balloon last night and it was delivered this morning and worked perfectly! Thank you so much!

Would give 0 stars if I could. Racist and rude. Came in to pick up my order and the staff member immediately asked if I was a taxi driver. Horrible attitude and overpriced garbage. Avoid at all costs
