I highly recommend Reginald Gray and his team. He went over and above for myself and my husband, and no task was too hard. He made sure we were always kept up to date throughout the process, and made sure we got the best mortgage to suit our needs. When buying your first home, it can be quite scary, but go and see Reg, he will make you feel at ease.

Reginald was a great help getting our loan. He was knowledgeable about the process, what needed to be done and time frames. Showed genuine care when we were unsure. Worked hard to get the loan that we needed along with the services we wanted.

Worst place I have ever worked at since Managers treat staff members like numbers rather than actual people. Souless place to be. I would not trust this company with my finance.

Do Not use these guys Ever! Unprofessional, lazy and terrible service! After a stressful and terrible experience with Loan Gallery and Metricon I cancelled both the build and loan and went with GJ Gardener and westpac the experience was like chalk and cheese! Westpac actually make you feel like a valued customer with much much better rates and don't have their heads up their arses.be warned.

I can’t recommend Reg and his team enough.
He made organising my loan easy. He was able to step me through the process making sure it wasn’t stressful at all.
He was very kind through out the process.

DONT Trust these guys with numbers,
I spent on HOUSE as they said i can afford this but later bank came back i have to contribute 21K more, you will get yourself stuffed with this, Don't Go with Loan Gallery.

The worst experience with their consultant Parajmit Singh.

Only reason we considered loan gallery was Metricon has a partnership with them.

Now raising a formal complaint with their company as to how we were mistreated.

My wife and i were in a very difficult situation and was recomended to Reginald Gray from Loan Gallery. I had met him a year previously and asked for his assistance. In complete honestly, one of the most helpful and gracious human beings you can have the pleasure of dealing with. We were under a terrible time crunch and Regi really put forth a tremendous effort championing our cause to the point that even when my wife fell very ill and was in the hospital he came by to have forms signed to make things easier for us. This is my first time buying a home and he really did take exta special care to help me through the whole process. I couldn’t have asked for anyone better. My wife and i are very grateful for him not just helping us but for saving our dream home. If you are considering a home venture, THIS is the guy to see.he won’t let you down! Thanks heaps Regi!

I was really stupid after reading the reviews i still decided to go with loan gallery same results i nearly lost my land got rejection from 2 banks went with another broker got approval thru first bank he applied luckily they give 10 days extra fr settlement
