Whenever I think about home loan first name that comes to my mind is Alex Chopra a.k. A Arpit Chopra. This time I approached Alex for refinance my existing home loan. He is very charismatic, explains things really well and took the time to understand my specific needs. Various options were then presented and pros and cons discussed. Alex with his sound knowledge about bank policies and turnaround time as per my scenario offered me the best offers prevailing in the market. Gathering documentation and submitting through the single secure web portal was intuitive, fast and seamless. Bang in 4 days since application lodged I got Unconditional letter- One touch application. Amazing, I was on cloud 9 with the way Alex had dealt with my application. Even when my outgoing bank was dragging their feet, Alex was on the ball, following up to make sure things progressed. But best of all it has saved me tens of thousands of dollars in interest over the life of the loan. That is money in our pocket rather than the bank’s interest coffers. And best of all, it didn’t cost us a cent, just a few phone calls and some time to gather documentation. I will 100% recommend Alex to anyone who is looking for housing loan- (owner occupied or for investment purpose).

A big shout out to Michael Buceto who assisted me with my re-finance. All things considered, the process was super smooth from start to finish. Great communication and transparency, Michael went out of his way to get things done. Highly recommended.

Mathew Holtham was my broker for the purchase of my first house and land package. From the very first contact he was super friendly, good humoured and professional. His response time (even to what may seem trivial queries) was second to none. I recognize that this would be incredibly time consuming for him but Matt never made me feel like I was just a money maker for him but that he genuinely wanted to help me get the absolute best deal and to keep me informed every step of the way.
