This review is purely based on my experience with Tanveer Ali (One of your Broker).
Tanveer is the man for loan solutions, saved me almost $12,000 in LMI whilst refinancing and this man mad what I though was impossible to happen and got my loan approved. Kept me updated all throughout the process and was very professional and explained me everything whenever I went to him with my concerns. Tanveer is the go to person for anyone looking for a home loan or just even a home loan advise.

My partner and I had worked closely with Kyle Bouskill throughout the process of buying our first home. We are so happy with the service we received. Kyle was always 3 steps ahead and always had a back-up plan in case anything could possibly go wrong. Kyles communication with us was amazing, he constantly kept us updated and provided us with step by step instructions and solutions. I could not recommend Kyle or Loan Gallery more.

I had mortgage broking services from Loan gallery for loan application for my first home, I had a very bad experience. First in December 2021, he told me that the properties do not sell that much in Christmas time and he will get me preapproval after 15th Jan, I remember I lost my chance to put offer on many properties I liked and might have gotten one if I had pre approval.
Secondly, He will only contact you when he wants to, otherwise no matter how many times you ring him he wont contact you back unless he wants to talk to you. It was very hard to get the answers from him, he will make you feel that you are of no value to him.

I would like to say a huge Thank you to Ali Hamza at loan Gallery, Ali was our finance Broker, he honestly went above and beyond to make us home owners.
His very professional and knowledgeable.

We went through loan gallery for our first home loan. Ali Hamza was our finance broker, we had no idea about the process of loan, Ali explained everything soo clearly that process of land loan to house build went really smooth.
Ali was very responsive to all our queries and in every stage of house build we sent him invoice and he made payments through bank within a week.

He has been an absolute joy to work with. My partner and I have been on a long, 2 year road to land ownership. He has been so supportive and upfront with everything every step of the way, giving us valuable advice and unparralelled wisdom. Even when it got hard, he did not give up on us. Our credit was not as good as we had hoped but he worked so hard to make it happen! He even supported us to find a credit advocate/solicitor to assist us to clear up our credit. He has been a shining light in our journey and we would not be land owners right now if we didnt have such an unreal mortgage broker. Would recommend (and already have started) to ANYONE!

As someone whom went thought the mortgage 2 times and went through the process with 2 banks and 2 montage brokers, i have to say loan gallery is by far the better service provider!

Second time financing through loan gallery and again amazing service from Darren Maloney. Very clear and helpful communication in what was required of me right from the start.
Got onto a great interest rate and consolidated all debts into one payment per month.
I was kept updated through the whole process and shocked at how fast Darren managed to get everything completed! Couldn't be happier and would definitely recommend to anyone.

Anil Fernando was a pleasure to work with. He handled the whole process for me and informed me of all the different rates that were suitable for me. He also explained the pros and cons of each deal and asked me to make the choice, but the choice was very obvious. Everything was done in a month. Very fast and reliable.
