Little Swallow Cafe

Absolutely brilliant.
Good coffee, fresh tasty food, good ambience, friendly, efficient.
I've never reviewed anything before, but Little Swallow Cafe really impressed me.

We popped in for a quick pitstop and they were warm and welcoming and accommodated us straight away. Fantastic coffee to rival any found in Melbourne.

My partner and I dropped into this cafe on the way back to Melbourne. We had been out in the country for a few days and generally found that Melbourne had spoilt us regarding the cafe scene. Unlike most of the other cafes in these small towns this one had excellent staff that were very friendly, efficient and in sync with each other.

The cafe was rather busy, however both food and coffee came out very fast and tasted delicious!

We sat out the back in their courtyard which was a perfect balance of light and shade.

Will definitely pop in here again when we are in the area:)

I went one day on my way to a holiday. The menu has all the regular cafe choices as well as a few different twists but all were delicious and a reasonable price.

Great food in a lovely cafe with good service. Food on offer is an interesting twist on some classics with catering for coelics. Wine by the glass these folk know what they're doing and doing it well.

Been here a few times now. And it often hits the mark. Good coffee, nice ambiance and staff. But we ordered two big breakfasts today and sadly there was no care in the way they were cooked at all.
The rösti was thin and overcooked, an inedible brown disc. We'd go back, but not for the big breakfast.

Always good place to go for lunch or dinner. Great coffee. You will need to book ahead most weekends.

One of the best eggs Benedict I have had. Great service, comfortable atmosphere and great location. Love this place.

DELICIOUS. Really lovely vibe - cool decor, nice warm fire, and really friendly service. Coffee was excellent. The haloumi and pumpkin breakfast dish was out of this world! Go there now!

Fantastic spot a must go in Kyneton

I love Little Swallow Cafe and have been a regular here for some years. Their food is delicious and they owners are lovely. I'm a big fan of the prawn linguini. I'm not a coffee drinker but I've been told the coffee is pretty good too.

We had the arancini and the specials board penne pasta. Both were absolutely fantastic. Easily the best pasta I've ever had, and ditto the arancini. I wish they'd take the penne off the specials board and put it on the menu permanently. We will be back!

Prana Chai AND teabag chai! Excellent prana chai (actual spices brewed with milk). Food was also top knotch. Staff were friendly.

Cute cafe with thoughful decor - particularly liked the flower planter boxes. We arrived in Kynton at a pretty sleepy time, but Little Swallow Cafe was packed and I can see why! Great food, great service. Loved their beer and wine selection particularly as it focused on local suppliers. Wish this was my local

Only stopped quickly for a take away hot chocolate and freshly squeezed juice but man they were super tasty! Great hot choc WITH marshmallows. Really nice people too, said hello as soon as I opened the door even though they were choccas! Thumbs up guys! Great service

A country feel cafe with tasty modern food, good coffee and friendly service - was busy for our breakfast.

We were served by 3 different people in the space of 10 minutes, and had to repeat everything we'd said each time. Ordered multi grain toast and the serve, for $7, was one thin slice, and it was white bread, not multgrain. Coffee was pretty average too. Very disappointing.

Partner's breakfast was good, my bagel was a bit too tough and chewy though. Coffee was fine. Will return next time we pass through Kyneton.

Another visit to this little beauty and it didn't faulter, in my sons words it's "Fantasmegoragle" apparently meaning Fantastically maginificent
